checkout Bahubali 1 and 2 by this director...remeber never doubt this director in storytelling..you will be confused after watching Bahubali Part 1 with the characters like who is who but everything will be answered in Part 2 just like you were confused about Ram at the beginning of RRR

Love the flick. The more so as the years go by. The happy confluence of Mako's narration, Basil Poledouris's soundtrack, and pre Greco Roman pagan style blood letting. The antithesis to Tolkien style fantasy (which I'm also a fan of) with the innate nobility. Some one on the discussion panel hit upon it... survivalist. Stark unashamed bronze age warrior ethic. Both Robert Howard and Michael Moorcock (creator of Elric and Stormbringer) understood the moral ambiguity of fantasy heroes who were equally mercenary and questing. Every subsequent endeavor at a a Conan movie has fallen short. Either excessively silly... like Conan The Destroyer and The Sword And The Sorcerer...or cluttered with (sort of) family friendly modernisn... like Conan series. I'm unhappy with my poor efforts to summarize my reasons for my love for this version of Conan. May all lovers of the genre find reading and viewing matter that's fullfilling.

A Heaven send. Sweet. Whimsical. Quirky. A welcome change from cinema replete with f bombs, assault weapons, seduction, and amoral protagonists in general. Fleshes out my already Korean movie collection. Il Mare. My Sassy Girlfriend.

HAPPY WEDNESDAY!!! I love this film, it's almost overwhelming in its relentless progression, there are few films that so completely envelop the viewer.
