Usapang passive income , first , try to study ang pag Ibig mp2 investment , compounding interest sya in 5 years that gives 6 to 9 percent interest every year . Second , try rural bank ,just put 500,000 pesos para covered ng pdic , Just study who can give a higher interest . Third , credit cooperative that has a lot of branches at may mataas na asset ,that scores above 80 percent rAting based on their performance , make sure na matagal na ang coop , some are giving 5 to 10 percent interest . Fourth. Instead of condo , try nyo na Lang magpatayo ng apartment na mababa Lang ang Paupa , Yung affordable Lang sa masa . Fifth , start small pagdating sa business Hanggang ma master nyo how business works . Lastly ,just concentrate on passive income like all those 5 I’ve mentioned . Try mo namang ipa Airbnb. Join ka sa mga Group Home Owners. Para part ka ng community. From there makakita ka ng reliable cleaners who do the same. Got 2condos din. Yung isa is doing ok naman as airbnb rental. Naka based kami overseas and doing it remotely. I can open, lock the door remotely. I can monitor who go in and out of the unit. I can help you out, i can see potential sa area. (Only if airbnb is allowed by the developer)

19M? Mag pa tayo na lang ako ng high ceiling na bahay 😄 Maraming magandang 19M na condo , Hindi Maganda yang nakuha mong condo madam , Sa oak 19-20M Maganda na , Sayang pera mo Jan Tingin ka Mas Maganda kung bibili ka uli . Opinion lang 😉

@@usagianddoggy 15M to 19M ang bentahan ng 2BR condo po sa Central Business District adjacent to greenhills area ang magnolia at sa ibaba nyan ay may Mall ( Robinsons Magnolia) you are paying for the location / address of the property kase. Pwede ka naman magpatayo ng 19M sa probinsya but the value of the property is low.

Well if you can sell both condos for 30 million…put it in the bank with a 5% interest a year tax free ..it will give you 1.5 million a year divided by 12 equals 125,000 a month ….more than the rent you are recieving for both condos wala pang stress sa umuupa at pag intindi sa maintenance….actually halaga ng condo mo tumubo ka na ng 100% sa cost nya hindi ba? OK na yun.

BPI…halos lahat ng bank meron….short term meron sila 2 or 3 months…pag ganyang kalaking pera puede mo ihaggle ng mas mataas na percent….sa akin mga short term ko sa BPI 4.9 percent tax free…Meron din PAG IBIG hindi bumababa ng 7 percent.. 5 years

Actually hindi naman pogo ang original market for condo at hindi naman ginawa ang condo para sa kanila lang.. marami tayong target market na foreign national tenants like british, korean and some are diplomats. next vlog i will share my experience re sa pogo na bastos last yr

Naku.... never mag pa rent sa mga taga farm. Mga dugyot mga yun. Sa online gam8ng ako nag work dati, taga farm employees namin. Naka house sila. Once a month binibista namin unit nila. Jusko po.... di ako makapasok sa baho! Tenant din ako ng isang medyo lumang condo pero well maintained. Everytime lumipat ako ng unit, i make sure na naka deep clean. Ayoko agente or broker ang kausap. Mas ok direct to owner.

Got a newly built townhouse and will never get it rented out. Not worth the few pesos you’ll earn. I visit Philippines 1 to 3 times a year. I don’t want anybody touching my furnitures.

May kamag-anak akong may condo. Ang turnover ay nuon pang February 2024. Since then binisita lang ng SPA niya once just last month. Sa nakita sa vlog na ito, parang hindi worth to rent it out after semi furnishing it dahil baka sirain ang unit o ang kagamitan. I feel sorry sa unit owner who admitted herself na malaki ang bank loan. Ang aking kamag-anak na unit owner ang feeling niya ay no urgency para parentahan ang condo. Marami akong nababalitaan na ang agent ang siyang kumikita. Di naman lahat siguro. May patakaran na 2 months deposit 1 month advance. I don't know kung ginawa ito ng unit owner, para gagamitin sa pagpapaayos sa mga nasira sa unit. I'm also interested kung may maganda ring karanasan tungkol sa pagpaparenta ng unit..

Qc area like magnolia residences new manila near greenhills , it is now for sale not for rent fyi. the community in that area are filipino chinese.
