I like how as apposed to ɓoss music in other games: Godricks second phase isn't a downer, it's not a low sort of dread, instead it plays up. It really announces that the dude you're fighting just got a working dragon head for a hand, but it plays as more of a tension type of tune rather than dread. Like the music that plays when the knight fights a dragon, and its possible victory might go either way, but it won't be easy. It's not something I've seen a lot in games. It makes it all the more satisfying to kill him, because instead of feeling doomed to fail you feel equally invigorated. This can be music for godrick or the player during the fight in that way. Like even with a dragon head against you he still falls to the player. And the music makes it feel even better since it plays up just how insane this is.

Tibia Mariner has a special place in my heart. Going into Elden Ring as a new FromSoft player I was very intimidated of how hard the game would be. Margit seemingly proved that to me and I almost quit, but I decided to go explore the open world first. Went east and ran smack dab into the Mariner at Summonwater Village so it was my first "fair" boss fight. I locked in and beat him first try after a really brutal fight. Helped give me the confidence I needed to keep playing the game.

Dislyte is such a fricking good game dude, it has so much focus on music and in diversity, the combat is ok but it has such great animations, i wish more ppl played it, and that lilith makes a sequence for it
