I was wondering how someone was supposed to clean the boilers. I have that same boiler. I didn't realize you needed to remove the entire gas assembly to get to the burners.

Klein makes the best crimps, they are the most widely used crimpers in the industry i have ever seen. Even in Automotive Electrical to Residential Electrical, even too the electronics industry. Just sayin.

QUESTION: We have several Liebert crac units with water cooled condensers. Currently we use approx 70deg water flowing through the condensers. However, we need to know if we used 55 degree water would it drastically effect the units efficiency. There is a condenser water control valve in each unit. I ask because there are no parameters recommended in the owners manual. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Id argue and say yes there a possibility it can cause problems. Lower temps lower pressures, and cause evap temps to run a bit lower. There’s a reason units are designed for 85*F for the condenser. 75 sounds better, typically where ive seen lieberts run their water cooled condensers as well

What number is the emery cloth you use to clean the shaft prior to pulling the hub? Also is the locking collor directional that goes behind the bearing...does it have an inside and outside? Thanks for the great information..

Add to the confrontation IREGA Spain, a specialist in adjustable wrenches and one of the remaining manufacturers in western world of this specific tool. You can get it e.g. rebranded Channellock US or Wright US or even Virax FR... Once upon a time Bahco (SNA Europe / Snap-on group) were made in Sweden, today they are actually made in Spain. 90% of the adjustable wrenches manufacturing is made in China so most are rebranding of them e.g. Crescent a US brand. Nonetheless there are some interesting exception: Some BAUM made in India and some old GEDORE made in Southafrica probably discontinued.

Pipelines use "pigs", or"pucks" sent through pipes to scrub them clear. Have you considered if that is an option for your risers?
