You know this video made me realize something, in the beginning of the musical, it’s played out as they found max first then Richie but later in the show they are interviewing the group about Richie’s murder when they find max? Little plot hole that fell through maybe?

i thought about this too, but after watching it again i don't think there's a plot hole. in the beginning, when he said "first the jagerman boy, now this?", i guess he was referring to max going missing only. they still haven't found max's dead body. he's not saying "first max was killed, now richie is killed" but instead he's saying "first max goes missing, now richie is killed" but later in the show, when interviewing the group about richie's murder, the officer comes in to say they found max's dead body. so basically, the timeline is: 1. they learn about max being missing 2. they find richie's dead body 3. group gets interviewed and they find max's dead body

When Solomon says he. I like to think that he knows how statistically men vs women commit murder. This will get dark so skip this part. But based on what happened. Richie and what happened to Max statistically speaking because of how those murders happen and how gory they are. They would be done by a man because statistically women or more likely to do very low gore. It goes without saying that obviously. Max's death is an outlier but they did not know that.
