Well not bad but you made this much more difficult than it needed to be. You didn't need that foil on the grill for starters. Next up look up the snake method of placing briquettes around the bottom grate so you're not adding fuel to the cook. Lastly it's alright if the temperature gets up to 275°f or even 300°f. I do all my pork ribs about 275°f and my friends, family and customers love them. There are so many ways to bbq ribs. I try to go the simplest way. Have a great day.

Got to give you credit. Nice job. Im on a pastie making kick these days and live in Cape May. Nobody around here knows what they are 😢. I’ve been using all butter for the crust and diced carrots and some peas with the diced onions and potatoes. I also add some Worcestershire sauce to the meat because I like the taste. I just picked up a rutabaga and will add that too. Just goes to show men can be good cooks too. Joe.

Good job! Pasties are very common in Europe. My family came from Germany and brought bierocks with them. My best friends family was from Lithuania, and they had runza. We always pre-cooked our meat though. I learned to make them with both root crops and cabbage. I hope you still enjoy cooking. It’s nice to see someone bother to go in the kitchen and enjoy themselves. You are a natural.
