Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds. I struggled with diet and exercise but I could not stop the weight from coming on. I went from a slim 135 all the way up to a big fat pot bellied 275. That's right, I almost made it to 300. So I went back to 2 packs a day. I've only lost about 12 pounds so far, but I still believe, if I smoke for another 2 or 3 years, my weight will finally come back down again. Had I known I was going to get fat like this, you best believe, I'd have never quit smoking the first time, and to top it off, quitting was very tough for me to do

Hey, Loved this informative video🙌! I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I could help you create a better distribution by working on post-production like better storytelling through Edits, Keywords, think catchy intros and outros, or even some engaging short clips! Would love to chat if you're interested and keep creating good content:)

Recently stopped the after 4 years, my dizzy spells have vanished, i assumed they were 'just age'!! My mother was initially diagnosed with Parkinsons then demoted to Altzheimers which she allegedly died from! Her initial & accurate description of the enormous 'dizzy spell' that started the doctors initial diagnosis was, blow for blow EXACTLY like my 3 initial dizzy spells. Im generally scared of doctors but am prepaired to fight them tooth & nail on the topic of statins...if they are so 'safe' then my GP should also take them....for up to two years before i ever would!! 🙄

They're connected to Brown University, the Rockefeller Foundation and all the eugenics and brainwashing including evil psychiatry which is meant to diagnose normal people as mentally unfit. This is meant to cull the population in an Orwellian bid to conduct eugenics, increase the prison population for labor/eugenics and meant to increase the prevalence of the military industrial complex.

I had the drilling done in January and my symptoms did not improve and worse in some ways. I'm extremely active and my knee has really limited me since 2017 when the injury occurred. I'm in the process of setting up an mri and probably this surgery will be the route I take

I credit Dr. Franklin Snyder with saving my husband's life. My husband was on his way to having a heart attack. Dr. Snyder found a aneurism blocking part of the blood flow to his heart. Dr. Snyder recommended a heart surgeon and my husband ended up having Open Heart surgery. His heart was on a By-Pass pump for almost seven hours. Dr. Snyder assisted the heart surgeon during the surgery. I highly suggest that if you have a heart issue or a heart problem that you go to Dr. Snyder. Dr. Snyder is a very sincere and uplifting Doctor. He examines his patients with all of the care and patience, understanding, trust and compassion that a good doctor could have. He also listens to his patients and doesn't cut them off. I, myself, would love to have him as my GP but (thank goodness) don't need a heart doctor. I credit Dr. Snyder and Dr. Fingleton (Heart Surgeon) with saving my husband's life. Thank you Dr. Snyder and Dr. Fingleton. Mollie Vilker

Hey doc. I never experienced pain or aches or problems well into about 20yrs of age. But around 20 turning 21 in bootcamp actually i was diagnosed in that time and then after a few months medically discharged from the army due to bilateral cam joint and acetabular hip impingement. Would you say the rucking and all the training would have made my condition worse bc now i turn 26 this june 4 and my hip is unbelievably uncomfortable, inflexible, my lower back now aches too, the lack of rotation at the hip got my right snkle broken and right knee dislocated when i was 24 playing soccer. Now my whole body doesn’t feel straight. My back feels crooked. My hip feels crooked. It constantly is in my mind i cant do anything to stop feeling what i feel. The army discharged and did nothing medically for me just said here we fucked you up from training and after finishing it go home. With nothing bc my condition was EPTS (existing prior to service). Do you think it was unfair of them? Can this condition have worsened due to the military training in your medical opinion?

@joemann797126 күн бұрын
@@everythingsolani If they fell head first, it's very likely they hurt their nose, and explain why they are bleeding but I'd still take them to the doctor to get evaluated since that's still a pretty significant hit that needs to be evaluated. It's better to waste your time to find out it's only a bloody nose than to regret not going and find out they had a TBI that could have been treated sooner.
