bro no offense but in the first 1:15 seconds of this video I saw you whiff SO much CS. I promise you, you're gameplay is a problem too - it's not just your teammates. Brutally honest. This goes for anyone else here, don't fall for the trap of "teammates". You definitely make your share of mistakes, and that's what separates a decent player from a good player.

Unfortunately the way elo systems work is you quite literally have to carry to climb. Shen is a support champion with amazing map presence but isn’t very capable of carrying from a damage perspective (evidenced by his ult being a global shield while other champs have an entire other damage ability). If you go even or lose lane, you are playing on an equal level with people of that elo. You have to play BETTER to climb, you have to carry 1v9 even when teammates int. Its just how the system works. I know it might sound overwhelming but if you learn a lane bully champions’s mechanics and ingrain it such that you can nearly always 1v2 weaker earlygame champs you will climb. If you go even with solo kills on both sides against a silver opponent in lane without completely stomping them and preventing them from farming or getting xp, what makes you believe that elo isnt at your skill level?

top meta is currently filled with high wave-clear champs, so you have to learn how to last hit large wave crashes properly. >60% of shen matchups involve hiding under tower and last hitting while watching minimap for ult plays. Get good back timings so you can save TP to get back top after ults. Some lanes are forfeit once you miss your early spikes though, so focus on getting really good ults off to get your other win-cons fed. As backwards as it sounds, there are times where you can't ever ult to help the team if it means the enemy top laner gets free plates. It also helps tremendously to remind your jungler to ignore top lane and get bot fed. Shen won't be carrying games except under special circumstances, but he's an amazing "global" support that plays the map. Focus on improving your last hitting under tower, and then learn to read the map's tempos and objective timings if you wanna win more on shen.

when u died at level 5 u had enough gold to get mr or some item for lane. you could have backed and tped back with item advantage since u were so low. even tho u miss some cs udyr doesnt get a full kill and u now have item advantage and can force him to stay in lane. ur tp cooldown doesnt matter because its not useful anyway until 10 minutes so its fine to use and u r shen so u can still pressure the map without it. thats my advice

Sometimes you cant carry a team who is all 0-7 and refuse to listen or play. They just run it down in jungle, mid and bottom

within 40 seconds I already hear a massive mistake "been the best on my team and try to split my lead with my team" if you're truly the best in your team take everything you can and carry that shit instead of pouring recourses into people that arent going to do it for you

Welcome to the real league of legends. I was emerald 3 splits ago now i am bronze. (Obviously not just because of bad teamates but the bad teamates were enough to kill my braincells and make me an npc as well. At least now i no longer get pissed from my games since i am not even trying to carry them anymore 😂)

if u struggle with your team i suggest maining a champ that can carry alone and is broken right now. imo shen may not be the best option

can relate brother. Been OTPing shen mid, in 20 games only lost a single laning phase, have roamed, done my jgler's job of warding enemies jungle, constantly giving calls, all the while everybody starts loosing and isntead of focusing they just blame eachother and insulting eachother.
