Any of these lanterns that were produced in West Germany were done after world war II. I don't think that's the original burner. I've seen many of these FH lanterns, and I've never seen a burner quite like that. it also surprised me that the cap on it came off in the way that it did. It must be a rare piece. Beautiful restoration! Thanks for sharing
