The problem is the RGV has students that don’t even need ESL in that program. Just because the teachers get paid more. It hinders the literacy and confidence of students. Let’s be frank because we’re leaving students behind. When I was in school the AR program was well funded and celebrated we need to bring that back.

Tulsi Gabbard is IMO the last intelligent, principled national Liberal (secular) Democrat. That species is now as rare as a unicorn. The Vice President doesn't really have any job duties - just breaks a tie in the US Senate and goes to the funerals of 2nd tier foreign leaders and then waits for the US President to die in office or wait, wait, wait then run for President himself/herself - most of these VPs running for President don't make it or they are bad failed presidents like LBJ, Bush Sr. Walter Mondale, Dan Quayle, Al Gore now "Sleepy Joe, Senile Joe Biden".
