I'm amazed that any knowledgeable Washington fan would ever consider either of those two. Tackle is the number one priority for this franchise. Unless they could trade Allen straight up for either it makes no sense to trade valuable draft capital to acquire either based on where they are in the rebuilding process.

Noooo. Not only do you gotta trade for them, so that means a 2nd or more, but they gonna be paying them 25-30mil a year for probably less than mediocre production. Kingsbury system should work good for any WR. He got Christian Kirk paid

Pedro, would you please report on or START a rumor that Commanders will trade for an offensive tackle? THAT is what is needed. We do NOT need a WR. We do NOT need a big-time free agent with a big time salary AND give up draft capital. If we just wait until next year we can draft someone AND they will be affordable. THIS year is NOT the target year for a playoff run. NO, no one is going to take one dollar less because they are friends with a player. Please, what can we do to improve the offensive line?

@@OKG2000 Context, son, context. Had Dotson been in the same system as Olave, he would had had similar success as Olave. The oppressive system EB cultivated didn't do anything for any of the receivers, even Curtis Samuels barely made strides. Not only that, Sam regressed to the point he was too scared to throw over the middle to any of the WRs. He threw only high percentage passes to the RBs and TEs and the occasional deep shot he threw with his eyes closed. You all seem to forget how well Dotson did his rookie season. He led the team in TDs and was wayyy ahead of all the rookie WRs before his injury. Oh how quickly we forget, huh? I predict he will have a bounce back season under the new regime and all reports indicate he had improved on his movements off the line. Combine this improvement with his already elite route running and just watch out. Don't hate bro just appreciate.

@@dmvbay2535 your just being biased...even if you watch both players you can just see olave is a better player, hes doubled dotsuns production and he didnt exactly have a great qb situation, he also didnt have a guy like terry drawing all the coverage away..olave is beating double coverage quite often, he had taysom hill and winston throwing him the ball and he still got over 1000 yards..hes a number 1 while dotsun has to prove he can even be a number 2

@@OKG2000 You cannot be serious. I am convinced you did not watch a single game Washington played last year or even compare it to the previous year. EB's ridiculous route trees did not allow for any WR to get open for any period of time. The scheme was not done right for the receivers we have. Not even Terry was getting open (compared to his previous years under different coordinators). Put Dotson in the Saints offense and watch him get open. Watch him draw the same coverage Olave is getting. You are acting like each situation is the same for Dotson vs Olave. Olave was the feature WR from Day 1. Terry is the featured WR in Washington. He's the one with the $70M contract and regardless if Dotson may ball out or not, Terry will be featured until his production drops. Just watch the ride this year and come back and chat.

People carry weight differently. Just because he's tall, that doesn't mean he can suddenly put on weight. He has a slight build but his play strength just needs to improve. He needs to get stronger, it's not always a weight issue.

Fred Warner now that’s a giant stretch. We got some quality players unfortunately other than QB we took secondary needs over our main needs. The main needs despite QB was o-line and edge and outside corner. We didn’t address these barely at all, yet we got a TE, slot corner and DT (less important needs)

Weight, yeah Forbes definitely can stand to add a few pounds but him being light on the scale isn't the reason he was benched last season, let's be real he got torched and it was because of his play not how much he weighs. I'm not knocking Forbes, I like the way Forbes played in college and I'm still a fan of him and I'm hoping that better coaches and better people around him can really help him be much better in year 2. We have to be fair to Forbes and say that the coaches really put him in a lose/lose situation last year, a lot of it wasn't Forbes fault,he was put out of position and got lit up for it on and off the field. I am confident that Forbes can take a Giant step forward on year 2, but yeah it definitely wouldn't hurt him to snack more often. Having a super fast metabolism makes it extremely hard to add weight and even tougher to keep it on, I know from my own personal experience. I'm sure the trainers, chefs and all the experts Washington has to offer to help him will get him to an optimal weight. But Forbes will be better in year 2 you can bet on it
