My favourite is definitely the John Ottman version from X-Men: Days of Future Past. I wasn't there, but I can only imagine how X-Men fans reacted when they heard John Ottman's theme from X-Men 2 make its triumphant return even before the movie starts.

So many fun ones but for me the 20th Century Fox intro will forever be the lead into John Williams' title score for Star Wars (Ep IV). As a kid when the 20th CF logo appeared I always wanted Star Wars to be next. I particularly like the drums underlying the extended section when JW is conducting, it just sounds right.

One correction, the original Star Wars version was the same one recorded for River of No Return, John Williams only rerecorded it for Empire and Jedi. Also didn't realise all the prequels had different fanfares lol
