2:40- why would you want to mount the live scope transducer to the trolling motor? So you can limit yourself to only looking in the direction the trolling motor is facing when it's on spot lock? Gimmick

FYI - I mount mine on the trolling motor and much prefer that to a pole. But I don’t use spot lock much unless it’s holding position after catching a fish.

I got a series of good budget reels Okuma ITX and match them with Veritas and Shimano Terez rods. They are holding up well and catching good fish. The drag on the Okuma reels is smooth as and decent🤩🎣🐟🤙
