Listen up folks this man speaks solid facts. I was diagnosed legally blind with opti nutritious in 2011. I refused to listen & in fact got my vision mostly back enough to get my CDL & lie so i could work. Then my legs wouldn't hold me up for long so in October of 2023 i stopped wirking. I never wanted to suck off the Government but today i filed for SSDI. This man tells no lies. I have no rollator but a manual chair & cane.😊 However, i ain't dead yet. So i look farworard to waking up tomorrow.

When my 90yo mom with vestibular balance issues graduated from rehab to home PT to storefront PT, the nurse told us to seek out the ONE independently owned PT place in town, because the nationally owned corporate chains put massive pressure on the therapists to run high volumes of people through with minimal time given to each client. Balance patients need the therapist RIGHT THERE with them for most of the time. So basically, it's the Walmartification of PT, and chains gobble up or push out the independents, and push clients through like assembly lines.

Hi Matt, thank you for all of the videos. I found your channel whilst hunting around for PPMS stories and was hooked on yours from the start and have watched them all. Your honesty and openness are a real help to anyone with this disease. I was diagnosed in 2021 with PPMS and probably had the early signs three years before. I also have CML (Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia). I have also been thinking about doing a channel to hopefully help others with either disease and you have been my inspiration. I hope all is still well with you and would love an update if possible. Keep fighting on 🙂

I live in a Spanish speaking country and the word 'disability' implies lack of ability that is why I don't like it and till hearing Shane' s perspective I used to refer instead to differently able. However in English it has a different connotation that I find interesting. For example sometimes your account has being disabled which means that access is denied. This focus disability not in the individual but in the environment and it's accessibility. Ability is relative. We can do certain things in certain conditions.

I thought the same, wheelchair digger is not gold digger. We need more wheelchair diggers to make this world able for all. You will find your Hannah for sure I am subscribing

Like I told S&H, nobody is with someone 24/7 for years and keeps a great, caring attitude if they are there for money. Nothing flashy about Hannah, it's not about that for her, nor for Shane. In fact, Hannah's family is far richer than Shane's and they both had no money personally for several years together until Shane decided to make the channel.
