Thank God I learned these lessons young. I was still a teenager working at a theater when I had my first experience with one of these jerks. I don't need to explain everything here and bore everyone, but I was fired, let's put it that way. BUT, after that, it turned into a great life lesson for me, and actually really benefitted me later in life with more important jobs. At the time I was devastated, but I wouldn't have it any other way now.

This is an incredibly insightful and helpful video, thank you! I really resonate with this term in terms of how I communicate with others (especially sociopaths).

Too bad there are no consequences for KZfaq who has committed crime against me. Along with Facebook & Instagram. Someone doxxed false accusations about me to social media. Did you know KZfaq and other corporations participate in committing fraud and harassment against private citizens?? They don’t even have any customer service for platforms or general account holders when they are being mobbed. How do we get them to stop these illegal practices??

In the current DEI and Woke society, many sociopaths have become leaders. Even if everyone knows the boss is a sociopath, nothing will improve especially if the sociopath leader is high on the oppression pyramid. What is to be done?

It's weird because sociopaths probably perform very well at interview stage, whereas sensitive people might perform 'badly' in that situation. Interviews feel extremely fake to me, like I have to pretend to be something I am not (i.e. a confident and charming person aka sociopath 🤣)

Where is his data/evidence that days of corporate psychopaths are numbered? They are everywhere in life, and they dominate because most people will not stand up to them, and the few that do are destroyed. He's clueless. They dominate the middle-management; and they may not deliver, but they blame and fire others to cover up; it's constant emergencies, fire drills, and chaos, but they always have a scapegoat, and a golden child. It's not limited to Baby Boomers - many Millennials and GenZ have narcissistic traits; and the 360 is perfect for the sociopath to manipulate social situations; all that gaslighting; backstabbing - no one is going to dare give negative feedback on their boss - those reviews are little more than a tool to drive out anyone who isn't a good cult follower; a 'cult member'. Sociopaths hate remote work. They can't take you to the office torture chamber; but they do make negative remarks on Zoom, etc.. They still gaslight.

A business entity *IS* a sociopath. It only has one imperative: to be profitable at whatever costs it can get away with. Even employers distance themselves from this fact, to remain innocent in their own minds, on one hand giving token gestures of solidarity and support to employees, and on the other hand enjoying all the benefits of cultivating their sociopathic practice - it's not personal, it's just business.

There’s a certain former president whose term ended in January of 2021, who, for most of his adult life, ran a company with his last name attached to it, surrounded by “YES” people who bowed to his every whim, feeding his ego and enabling him and his behavior. He fits all the criteria mentioned in this video.

I have worked with a what I believe to be a psychopath now for about 1.5 years. I have lost 60lbs in that time and daily panic attacks dealing with this. This guy would not cooperate with me on anything, he’s even shown aggression recently resisting my requests. We recently got a new contractor that I’m training. When the new guy came in, this guy shook his hand, sat down and turned his back to him while my boss and I made small talk. He then took off to a remote office for 2 days until his one buddy, our sick sr level guy, came back. He’s now taking 40 hours pto next week. I hope my struggle is beginning to get noticed. I’ve been trying to tell my boss this guy is impossible to cooperate/communicate with. Oh, he is also pretty incompetent and I asked my boss to have him do more research before interrupting my work. I was constantly doing his and mine. Instead, he went full radio silence. So many other red flags, it’s crazy. I’ve been on 2 interviews looking elsewhere recently.

I worked with one who was so bad, that later after I'd transferred, I couldn't remember their name. I had a trauma coping mechanism that blocked her name from my memory. Sadly that company never fired her, but the new Director (who was sane and who had my back) forbade that manager from ever talking to me. What a weird solution, though, to an ongoing personnel problem that should have seen that bully fired.

Consider Gate's for example. His legacy is death & destruction. The damage he is responsible for is unprecedented. The extent of which has not been fully realised or borne out. Doesn't take a strong person to aspire to & stoop to this level. Weak men make bad times. He's a shell of a human. He will lose all

If I had my druthers, everyone working on the public dime, whether it's the clerk at city hall, the dog catcher, a beat cop or a judge, a senior bureaucrat, or someone seeking office would need to be checked for the dark triad, if they score more than a 25 on the Hare Test for Pscyhopathy, they would be disqualified from the hiring process.

There is an evolutionary reason why sociopaths tend to survive and reproduce. They are social parasites, manipulating people and the environment to advance themselves to the detriment of others.

I would like to respectfully disagree that these behaviours will disappear. Sociopaths will always be ahead of the curve, and will engineer situations to make you appear the toxic one if you’re calling them out, or use a mental health/other sensitive label as a shield against any criticism - something we have become increasingly worried about. I definitely agree the best protection against them is a strong sense of camaraderie in the community - the only thing that protects the herd of sheep from the wolf is trusting each other completely and banding together.

what i understood is you can not work with this kind of people because their minds are more twisted than a psychopath ,so whatever you do they will twist and make it false and make you look like the bad guy, they will have access to all your social accounts, bank accounts and will repeatedly steal money in the name of emis and loans and that to out of a sudden there is no prior notice or warnings while dealing with this kind of people, you will never know what you lost unexpectedly and they are never gonna return your money so if you can cut them off, there is a slight chance you can work in your career, a psychopath is generally an obsessed person who can be obsessed with anything and you will see the direct result of the psychopath even if its a murder or any other crime, a sociopath creates their twisted reality and illusions out of nothing so there is nothing more time and any other resource wasting than them because they will keep hiding the results in the name of stealing the credit

These people are prevalent in the legal profession. It makes me sick how they are protected and lauded. They are not smarter than others but they ingratiate themselves with those who buy they favours and bully people into submission. Here in Australia they are promoted and loved. They will not be weeded out because the corporate world loves them.

As an African American lawyer, my experience in corporate Amerikkka's law firms and insurance companies was like going to work on a PLANTATION in the sky. The narcissists and sociopaths you are describing mirrors most white people's cultural "normative" racist, psychotic, bullying, jealous, backstabbing behavior. They will cut their noses to spite their faces to destroy any and all Black employees. White racists are not only narcissistic sociopaths and INBRED psychopaths, they possess a slave drivers or overseers mentality. These are the type of people who corporate Amerikkka hires and rewards. Any white person who can abuse and create an oppressive, toxic PLANTATION environment is lauded. Until you get rid of all white people and the opportunistic Blacks who emulate them to climb the corporate ladder, your Utopian workplace will never exist. Whites adopted sociopathic and psychopathic behaviors since slavery began in Amerikkka. For 246 years +, these white Amerikkkan psychopaths and sociopaths turned a blind eye towards the LYNCHINGS, BOMBINGS and MASS MURDERS of Blacks for so long, it is INBRED in their demonic nature. They won't change because being evil and abusive against Blacks and now their own people has always been profitable!

The greatest improvement in work relations probably since the 40-hr. work week is the mass adoption of remote work. It greatly diffuses the power of sociopaths. When i joined my organization, the sociopaths all tried subtly attacking me because they recognized me as a threat, but it’s hard for them to attack me when we aren’t in the office together.
