farmers own guns, when you break into a farmers property to either steal their possessions or kill the owner, you take the risk that you will be shot at.

If he had simply defended his life and his property, I would agree with you. But his actions and behaviour went much further than that: he shot not one, but two men when their backs were turned, and one (Fearon) whilst he was quite obviously trying to escape through a window. If that is your idea of reasonable force, then you are a prime example of why the English judicial system settles these matters with twelve good men and true in a court of law. Juries tend to give the benefit of the doubt when a defendant does the right things for the wrong reasons and the wrong things for the right reasons, but when you do everything wrong for all the wrong reasons, then jail is the only place for you. We know from previous incidents that Martin is a bully and a coward who uses guns to get his own way, and to terrorise women and children. My only regret from this case is that he isn't still in prison. Nasty piece of work.

He was tired of the police doing nothing and said he would shoot the bastards in a village meeting. He was also a vunerable man defending his own property like all of us should have the right to. Richard Osborn Brooks also set a landmark case after he stabbed a burglar who threatened to kill him.

what sex, nationality, colour etc does not matter it is a distraction. The ONLY thing that matters is the personality and character. Margaret thatcher did not need any positive discrimination. and that is how it needs to be.
