wrong. niacin is a vasco dialator. it also is the precursor to nad AND will boost hgh release by 300%. do some reading and try it. been using it for years for optimal results. b12 if found in a supplement is synthetic and useless. you want to eat tuna instead preworkout. the b12 will definitely increase "psyche" in your training. your energy level gos way up. also make sure you are taking the correct natural forms and in the right dose at the right time. nacetyl carnatine arginate, taurine and b-6 , buffered c, pre workout.

😂 noviece training , guaranteed to hit a wall 🧱 fast and not make any more progress after the first 2-3 months . Rest of the year goes to shit. This only works for people who dont lift alot . Buy books an programs by people who lift alot more an actually coach people . This 5 sets of 5 is free internet noviece stuff . Alex bromley josh bryant jim wendler are a few names to find great knowledge on programing .so you dont burn out or hit a wall an stay stuck .theres a reason he used a barbell curl to promote his video . Because his compound lifts are not strong

This is false. the LITERAL cure to loose skin is autophagy or prolonged fasting. The longer the better. I've seen people do 40 day water fasts after loosing a couple hundred pounds with loose belly skin, and it tighten up completely after 1-2 years of prolonged fasting intervals. The key is to consume really nutrient dense animal foods when you DO eat and do OMAD. Carnivore is best, but just make sure you get all the fat soluble nutrients your body needs to handle those long fasts. Dry fasting is even more powerful.

You only need .8 grams per pound and even less if you’re obese. You only need more than 1 gram per pound if you’re on gear because of increased nutrient partitioning.

@@DrJimStoppanithis isnt true the current studies show 4 is optimal 3 is great 2 is sub optimal and 1 meal is just ok for muscle but to say you won't gain muscle at all well there are instances where this could be true in a advanced and lean lifter but this statement doesn't apply to about 95% of your viewers it does apply to you for sure but their is a spectrum of how people respond to protein and muscle building it highly depends on your lifting experience and how close you are to your cap most people are no where close
@Taylor.....
@Taylor..... 8 күн бұрын
@@jaxtonjustice2077this is false the study was on untrained individuals using ultra fast digesting whey protein most people consume their protein in meat a much slower releasing protein and working out can radically increase your ability to capture and synthesize protein a recent study showed using milk which has whey and casiene protein ie fast and slow digesting protein after a workout 100g of protein was far superior to a 25g dose the 100g bolus of protein elevated protein much longer 12+ hrs vs 6 for the 25g dose and had more then 2x higher circulating protein even at the start showing that with real foods and weight lifting protein is treated far differently then with an ultra fast digesting protein in an untrained individual
