Good afternoon Tennessee Yankee. Excellent job of demonstrating the assembly of the hose reel. The cam lever brake is a pretty cool feature. Unwinds and winds nicely with a little foot pressure. Looks like a solid product. Thanks for sharing!

Just curious....if you're not going to put a mid mower on it why not go with the larger rear tires...?

@SNeal5966
@SNeal5966 19 күн бұрын
@@TNYankee2020 is yheu the 15-19 or 15-17 or whatever size rear? There are two rear tire sizes. On the new LX3520 and 4020 you can actually run a mid mower with the bigger rear tires. On the previous iteration only the smaller rears would work with mid mowers and that's why most dealers stock the smaller ones I think 🤔

I would get a 10-footer and put it at least 3 ft in the ground or a 12-footer and go 4 ft. Mine isn't quite deep enough but I have a crappy place to start with with lots of rocks.

Howdy Tennessee Yankee. Frank sure likes to swim, it was fun to watch him motor in the water. The fetch stick is great. Did the wraps and booties work in the pool? I am sure that my dog would love the fetch stick. Being a black lab she loves to swim, she goes underwater to retrieve things. Thanks for sharing!
@TNYankee2020
@TNYankee2020 Ай бұрын
Hey there Paul, the booties were a major fail for his feet. Even with the wraps he would still get them off which is funny because they work perfect on my nephew dog who's much larger without wraps. The stick is a hit though. We still let him swim in the pool but we ended up fending him away from the edges with the leaf net LOL.

Greetings from Eastern Tennessee! Wish I watched before my wm-8h assembly I finished today. I ran into similar experiences so i feel vindicated! You and I made some small choices differently like the kickstand I left the entire bracket external instead of sandwiching. Hopefully a minor difference. Hope you've had good luck since in using it effectively.

Real nice! I have a 94 I bought new and with almost 3k on the meter is still my weekly mower and leaf collector on 3 acres. I have the blade for it but only for light grading now. I've always been meticulous about maintenance and only had one major issue with the plastic timing gear. Pretty much down to wear items and the occasional leak. Mower deck is definitely a challenge to keep up with so many hours. 3rd gear box but still original spindles. The new 700s are ok but I'll stick with the 445 forever!

Diff lock has a safety feature to prevent breaking the tractor. It can only be used while the wheels are straight. If you turn the wheel it will disengage, if you have the wheels turned, it won’t engage.

if you want that second screw just measure down how far you drilled it and then on the other side dill a whole 2-3 drill bit sizes bigger on the outside, if you are a little off the larger size will still allow you to line up your screwdriver

Hey, I own a 2022 jetblaster and when we flush it, smoke comes out the back. We have a slip and flush it within a couple minutes of it being shut off. Do u think it’s just the water getting boiled?

My guess is you are just seeing the engine exhaust which also comes out the back. As long as you are following the proper flush sequence, I doubt there is anything to worry about :) Thanks for watching.

I stopped mowing with my 455 and went to start it back up and will not start.. Crank and crank and won't start. I do have flow at and past the filter. I cleaned my screen, still no start. Will a weak pump cause a no start even though I'm getting flow??

@@TNYankee2020 thank you, mine is the Yanmar diesel though, so no spark plugs. Wondering if there is a switch or something. It seems like it's not getting fuel, usually I'll see some slight vapor out of the exhaust when cranking, but there is none now. It was odd because it was mowing prefectly with no hesitation, no power loss, I stopped for a couple minutes, now it's dead in the water. I also noticed that when I turn the key, the fuel pump runs and stays running. I'm pretty sure it cut off after a few seconds before. I should also note that the fuel shutoff solenoid works well, pulls in quickly all the way when the key is engaged.

@TNYankee2020 2 ай бұрын
Yeah I'm not sure, could be a switch. PTO. Seat Switch, etc?? And certainly frustrating cause usually when it happens there's no rhyme or reason. Like you said mowing good shut it off now it's not.
