I am an age group triathlete. Age group 60 to 64 and have been doing triathlons for 7 years. I started taking Mitopure 3 weeks ago. Doing the same work out ie running and biking the same route, and swimming same distance I definately have less muscle ache in the morning. Anecdotally I would say my Recovery from a workout is faster.

It STILL is super expensive. I ordered the powder and it arrived this morning. I don’t know if I added too much water or what but the taste was awful. Texture was a little grainy and zero flavor. Again, I may have taken it with too much water. Anyone else think it tastes awful?

It is awful, and doesn’t mix well. I put it in smoothies now, or I blend it in my magic bullet with just water. It’s the only way to get it to mix.

Because Bell Pepper has been known to be inflammatory and causes irritation to the gut lining, as do most nightshades. I take slight offense to your “reviews” indirect sarcasm. Just trying to share value from lived experience…of which I have a wealth of knowledge, and am providing for free. You can absolutely get raw data from other labs (like Genova), but be prepared to spend thousands and have to pay for interpretation. Good day.

I was so sick of it by the time I got to yours, so I’m sorry for being an ass. I need this service for a very specific reason involving medical malpractice for most of my adulthood that may have left my microbiome permanently damaged. I’m trying to find a service that will tell me how many microbe species I have and identify them. There are some that can never be replaced, that you are born with, and if you lose them you never get them back. I need verification on that specifically as well as anything else in there that shouldn’t be there. Will they give that data?

Regarding 'overfilling': On my Berkey I have a long, clear tubular filling register that is part of the spiggot; absolutely fantastic. Strangely, Berkey no longer sells this very useful - and to my mind, essential - component (it was an added cost, but well worth the price given the fact that you always know what the level of the water is in the Berkey without having to lift the lid). I mean, Berkey...WTF?

I've read in multiple studies that binaural beats require two separate audio speakers each playing the selected frequency. It isn't really just a case of throwing two slightly "out of tune" frequencies in one system because that just causes phasing and actually stops both frequencies being heard

Love Voxer, but as you mentioned... that playback feature on the desktop is annoying. I was in a group coaching container and the coach would drop a bunch of riffs... and let's say I was listening but needed to pause where I was at, it just jumps to the next note... so then I might have to pause 5 or 6 before I can step away from it and come back later. I do otherwise really appreciate that it is available on desktop (in a browser). Too bad they don't have a desktop version in an app (like WhatsApp has).

7:04 Nah, the PSA1 Mic Arm, for example, is just overhyped, I mean, just buy a cheap one, and there's honestly not much of a difference, whereby the latter is even better, cause a cheap one could still hold a heavy mic like the King Bee II, whereas the Rode one can't hold a light one.

Idk i just saw another youtuber send off the water from his tap and some fiktered water, and the results came back that fluoride was 200% higher than out of the tap...idk he hust did the one test from the tap he also tested some river water in it, and it filtered the viruses and bacteria really well

Hi, We have used Alexapure for quite a few years. We use a HD plant stand and find it very useful. Easier to lift and check water levels. Also, we run 2 filters and find filtering rates are much improved.

This was a great video! One thing I love is that even though this is 3 years old, microphone technology hasn't really changed in forever. So these comparison videos still hold up years later, and will still be relevant in 5 more years. I've decided to get the SM58, a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, and a basic mic stand/shock mount. In the future, when finances allow for it, I'll upgrade to a boom arm and an SM7B, but I don't want to keep putting it off, when it's clear that the SM58 is really really good! The only thing that I don't like is that you didn't put a link to the microphone stand in the description. There is a link to a Rode PSA 1 boom arm, but that's not what you were using. If there is a link to the mic stand, I didn't see it, and apologize. But it looks really nice, and I'd love to find it.
