This is me right now. Thank you for your assessment and kind tone. If I didn’t survive this once I would be totally devastated and depressed so reading this comments I just wanted to share some light for anyone that needs it. Currently I am on my second long covid, 4months in, I have had everything you mentioned pots symptoms (absolutely the worst) muscular pains, loss of appetite, fever for weeks, fathom taste, no taste, first migraines in my life, sweats, nocturnal urinations, gut issues and frankly the list goes on. Mostly I am bedridden. I survived this once but unfortunately got covid again and the onset of symptoms got back. In the meantime I really did got better and had no symptoms whatsoever so I pray me and everyone included can get to that point no matter how “long” your long covid is! The more you understand your symptoms the better you progress. I hope some really smart scientists are on board with this, before we patients solve it ourselves lol. Stay strong and don’t give up! ✨
Thanks for the video. I hope we all can recover soon

Why is Dr Bruce Patterson & colleagues’ (IncellDX) cytokine profiling blood test which differentiates between chronic fatigue syndromes, not regarded as a diagnostic and intervention determining tool in this information? His efforts deserve the Nobel Prize.

I'm not sure what helped me fix mine. I did so many things. I had all of the symptoms for about 7-8 months. I think changing to a whole food, mostly vegetarian diet helped the most. I used mullein tea, and many other herbal teas. I made my own sauerkraut and ate a lot of that. I took elderberry and echineacia, shilajit, raw garlic, fire cider, sea moss and any natural antiviral I could find. I basically put as much really good stuff in me as was reasonable. It seemed to help.

I most always read the comments first to see if the article is worth viewing. In my opinion it is not. Evidently the doctor didn't mention FASTING ? A 3 day water fast resets your immune system, of course Big Pharma nor the doctors profit. Have started two 3 day strict water fast a month. Rather try a holistic approach first. No jab, had COVID.

Three years in August for me. One of the things that I have found so difficult is the emotional impact. My poor wife has had to sit and listen to me telling her that it would be better for her if I was no longer here. Suicidal thoughts have become and ever present problem for me. I have lost my business, although on paper it’s still running, but I drag myself out of bed every day to do a very heavy construction based job. But trying to problem solve and take on very physical work is slowly killing me. I know that I should be resting, but you have to eat and so here in New Zealand there is zero help for any of us and just like our American cousins the medical industry won’t admit that they have no treatment plan for any of us. We are just seen as collateral damage unfortunately.

Last time I got covid Thanksgiving 2022. I was sleeping 10 to 15 hours a day for a week. Never been the same, I am 65 and have always worked out and have always been hyper. Now my lungs have scarring and 11 nodules and for 2.5 years extreme fatigue, not digging it . Tomorrow I go to pulmonologist for either PET scan or lung biopsy.

Sorry doc, but this video isn't portraying the reality we patients have. You tell people to do exercise, and yet that's what most of us can't do. You're ignoring what you said in the previous video that the body isn't producing energy, so how come you recommend exercise??? What Your described in your previous video is exactly that I lived. I had en effort test and my heart just went crazy and I needed about 30 minutes to recover in the bed of the doctor's office so that I could be taken in a wheel chair to my my car and be driven back home. The cognitive therapy??? How does that help a physiological issue?? If it was a psychological issue, maybe, but how will usar heal my muscles, etc?? Then you speak about de-conditioining- many of us where very active before this illness hit us. Running and cycling one day, and on a wheelchair or bed bound the next. The issue is that something happened to the body that prevents us from doing things, but that we suddenly we decided to not do anything and hence got de-conditioned. So, if scientist find a way to give us our energy back, I can assure you many of us will be more than happy to exercise our way back to our normal selves. The issue is that such lack of energy prevents us from exercise. And also, there are so many people who hit infected since early 2020, like me, and still are doing very poorly. You also didn't take into account multiple infections causing huge relapses. I'm not sure I explained my self clearly; however, I hope you do read this and that it's helpful to your medical approach in helping long haulers. Thanks a lot for your interest in helping doc.

You did explain really well what a LOTTTTT of us going through... The extreme weakness is insane and no amount of exercise can help when we can't exercise the heart wants to come out our mouths. It's unbelievable that we living like this back in early 2023 was when I got covid I was 36 now mid 2024 I'm about to be 38 my life has only gone down and down and down since I got Covid the heart the energy the fog the palpitations the pain in my back like if everything there was super inflated I feel like some organs push with each other and make pressure my legs and arms swollen due to what I assume bad circulation due to the stupid covid vaccines.... My life was great 2 years ago super healthy yeah one thing here one thing there but nothing like this never as bad as this kind of life after Covid.... I hope that before our end we find something that helps us recover But don't get me wrong I have someone that has helped me through all of this and thats my Savior Jesus Christ our Holy Father that takes care of us even when the doctors say there's nothing else to be done... Put your faith in Him tell Him everything and ask for forgiveness my Father listens and the peace that you will receive beats the worries and awful life we living in this conditions May God bless you all 🙏🏻

People who are posting on here do not know what they are talking about if you thought the vaccine caused this deliberating illness . You know you can get Lyme disease from a tick. This is no different. I did not have vaccine or booster. I really pray that you or your family does not suffer from an illness, the god forbids take their everyday living away.

Every doctor I’ve seen at Hillsboro Oregon Kaiser has treated me like crap. I know I have POTS from Covid. You are literally on your own. They don’t care, don’t have time, and basically treat you like you’re insane and want to give you antidepressants. I hate it. Why do I pay $2800 a month?

What few of these people seem to discuss is successive bouts with the virus. The variants are often easy to catch. The initial illness can be minor, but then come the more severe, chronic and lingering "long covid" effects that can be so debilitating!

I'm finding acupuncture to be very helpful. There are Community Acupuncture centers around the country, which makes it much more affordable as they use a sliding scale usually between $25-50. So thankful to have found them and wanted to spread the word☺️
