This video is confusing. I wear my aligners 23hrs a day and my orthodontist says not to change them for 2 weeks, not 1 week. Why is he prolonging my treatment to twice as long as you recommend? It has turned into so much more work than I ever realized but I am hopeful for a good outcome someday.

It’s depends on what your using And your case if you have Invisalign Brando with a lot of attachments on your teeth you can change faster
