I dont like this samba. It is STRENUOUS. Not light and funny, with beauty-bouncing like Ekaterina (dancing with Nikita, RUS) in Blackpool this year, video on Dance Cinema/DVS. I do like Anton & Patricia in rumba. But samba must not be gym work, it must be bouncing around a spot, not travel rush across the floor. I call their samba military samba. Its very bad. Samba is a carnival rumba.

No wander professional dancers some times cry. Dancing and painstaking long hours to get skills to be perfected . However,some people still preferred not to say FANTASTIC. Instead they dig professional dancers private lives.Which is unnecessary and unacceptable.

Amazing video, absolutely brilliant. However I see that there are still some tedious and abusive comments below aimed in Katya's direction....when will some people EVER leave the Walsh incident alone? I've noticed nothing particularly wrong with Katya this series (2019)....is it a crime to wear your heart on your sleeve sometimes? She worked wonders with Ed and Mike and if you want to be reminded of the pinnacle of her time on Strictly so far, well worth revisiting those videos from 2017 with Joe McFadden. And delighted for Neil that he's doing so well this year.

I actually begrudge people including the ex visiting my cousin and Donna as a relationship then me because I am associated with them to be quite honest! I know my other relatives feel the same way about me! And the other Katie Charlotte needs bringing down a peg or two ! Lol But for real, there were issues there already if one side has emotionally detached so much they're willing to cheat and explore other partners. The comedian could have been anyone else. Cheating was just confirmation that things were truly over.

Katrina suckollover is a fantastic dancer with Neil and Mike Davood! Neil looks as though he is enjoying himself? Looks like it’s raining men in Rhodes here and a trip to the Lebanese restaurant whilst Mikee Mike is at cher step aerobics before a river cruise with Harold.

Trying to analyze her speed for years and here is the what I believe makes her magical speedy spins and movements. Yes she probably does 1 to 2 hours of cardio per day. But the strength behind her speed along with being as light as a feather no body fat and don't forget stretch to elongate the muscle, but here is the magic ingredient; Leg press. When leg pressing never straighten the legs keep them cook't because leg press injuries can be significant. Work on 1 lb increments not less than 5 days apart do 3 sets of 7 reps with 1 to 2 minute rest between. Work up to 8 x your body weight. Then cardio for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. Stretch; bend in half, heels off the floor, do not pounce but work it slowly doing a scooping action with your head otherwise if you do not do your stretching you will develop too much bulk which is not good for female or male dancers. Stretch before and after weight lifting. Take your google weight lifting muscle pain supplements. Take your BCAAs google it. When you can leg press 8 times your body weight you will have the strength needed to match Joanna's speed so far no takers, Joanna's still the Queen.

This gown is a huge improvement. It's elegant, modest and enhances Ina's beautiful slim physique. I've loved this couple's interpretation and expressiveness from first seeing them. Their upper body movements are supple and fluid. They're very intuned and obviously enjoy what they do. I only wish they had a deeper connection with their eyes. At times they appear to be dancing alone. But, I need to add that I appreciate their respect for dance and each other by not stooping to gawdy, burlesque gyrations. Well done!
