I was required to watch this video for one of my college classes. Mostly good, comprehensible content, however, as a college student who has ADHD and can get distracted/off task easily, this video was very difficult and painful to watch, to the point where I had to put the captions on and watch the video through all the unnecessary childish sounds throughout the video, let alone constantly having to repeat what the to fully understand guy was saying. So my overall advice for this video is to please completely take the unnecessary loud noises out of this video and re-upload it if you can, even though it was uploaded a little over a decade ago. Thank you! :)

Loved your video!! Great humor and sound effects are just perfect! Very informative and easy to grasp. I would not change a thing. I think people at times are too opinionated and judgmental over everything. People nowadays seem to be quick to complain. As my grandmother would say, back in the day you appreciated that someone did something for you and did not criticize if it was not to your exact liking. Because they took the time and effort to do it for you and that is where the appreciation should be. She was right. Today, we do not have enough of that thinking but rather the thinking is about "me". Your video was fun while being informative. Those seminars I have gone to that I got the most out of were fun and even corny, but I remembered more and was engaged because they used all the senses, as your video tutorial did. I would bet those who criticized you are the ones that would still complain about the bland seminars being too boring. Do not change a thing.

That dinging was so incredibly loud it hurt my ear drums! You need to normalize the audio.

I appreciate the quirky humor. Not too many videos about business analysis offer entertainment. The laughing at the end was a bit much, however.

Why do I love the sound effects so much. Just when you think you are falling asleep, something wakes you up. Best requirements video so far. I love the trainer. Kinda reminds me of my personal trainer.

I thought your presentation was clear and did a good job keeping my attention. Some people like to be overly critical but I doubt they would be able to produce something as well put together. The small bits of humor scattered throughout were a nice touch

please would you clarify this point for me, which comes first, the project charter or project contract as according to PMBOK and Rita book the agreements including contract are included in project charter process inputs, So according to this we can say the contract as they said proceed the charter, How come and there is a general say saying there is no project before project charter and It’s the document which authorize the existence of the project. If the contract signed off before the creating the project charter It’s legally existed.
