Hello, I have two IG20 Cameras, which I can view via HiCamPro on Android - no problems. I have downloaded HiP2P-Client from your website to view or store footage on PC, but the video of the cameras are on-top of each other and completely distorted and pixelated. That spotlight is awful. I had to put a black tape over it. My last security camera was day and night in vivid color and no spotlight. It was discontinued, sadly.

@anssad 0 seconds ago Some are useful and mine is solar powered I have another camera from another company which is very active The solar panel is larger and i have not had to re-charge it by electrical outlet In over a year in Arizona. The ieGeek solar camera had to be recharged sevetal times during the hot Arizona summer. The battery capacity is down and i have used it for three months. The Solar panel Is not efficient in maintaining the charge

Is there a way to turn off the camera lights when in night mode? The mini led lights are reflecting back on a tree limb and it’s blacking everything else out. IE all I can see is the tree leaves vs the surrounding area.

Hello, You can resolve this issue by adjusting the settings. Please go to the "Image Setting" section and turn on the "Black & White Night Vision" mode, which will disable the spotlight. This should help minimize the reflection and improve the visibility of the surrounding area.

Hi, there are instructions on how to open the QR code at 1:10 of the video. Open the iegeek cam app, click on "me" and in the section where your personal information is displayed, you can click on the QR code to display it.

Would like to see more explanation of symbols on phone broken down to explain what each one does. When you filter and pick what you want to record it doesn't keep it in its memory so doesn't record these events need to know how to correct it or if setting down not work ?

You need to slow down the process .you need to remember that you are dealing with first time installers and you could do without the accompanying back music which drowns out the presentation voice. Obviously a good product when you can take it all in.

Dear producer friends. We have a a note of dissatisfaction and we write about the order order ieGeek-EU2945 2 years ago we purchased the same product ZS-GX1S on Amazon as the current order for which we are writing, which is currently in operation on the outside of our house. The camera ZS-GX1S that arrived is not exactly the same as the one purchased, advertised and seen on the website, as it differs in the attachments from the one advertised on your site with screw attachments (4), the one we received has an interlocking slide. we suggest that those who manage the site change the images in terms of correctness towards those who purchase the product directly from you But the thing that surprised us most was the lightness compared to the same model ZS-GX1S previously purchased on Amazon more than 2 years ago and with our curiosity we opened the rear panel noticing that the 18650 batteries inside the enclosure, which in the old camera purchased on Amazon were 4 in this one purchased on your site there are two, with a black sponge taking the place of the 2 missing batteries. We wanted to report our dissatisfaction which we will express in a review on the platform trustpilot, a video that we will soon publish on social media and KZfaq. Furthermore, with the ClouddEdge application the camera, despite having viewed the live broadcast and exiting the application, remains with the blue LED on, a sign that it is still working, in addition to the fact that it restarts on its own. This didn't happen with the old production, i.e. the same ZS-GX1S model purchased on Amazon It's a shame because the old camera purchased 2 years ago is superior in terms of battery characteristics on matter of duration. So the factory level of production/costs seems to have dropped to us. We owed you so much out of fairness towards you Thanks and good job Angelina
