Oblivion is a masterpiece. You’re saying Daggerfall is better? I gotta play it. Thoughts on “Lionheart: Legacy of the Crusader”? Haven’t played it yet but it looks intriguing, it uses fallout 1-2’s SPECIAL system
@Indigo_Gaming32 минут бұрын
I only recently discovered Lionheart. It was one of Black Isle's final CRPGs. Seems intriguing: a historical RPG using the SPECIAL system.

What later gens fail to realize about Miami Vice is that it wasn't set, "IN THE '80s", but at a time when everything that had been cool and innocent about the '80s started to turn dark. That was a fucking kick for those of us who like shit dark, but it doesn't define the entire decade, just the downside.

Average shooter is still better from good old RPG. I loved f1&2, I liked f, really enjoyed f3NV. But today I rather like to shoot stuff rather than doing oblivion style quests. F4 is great game if you are really into plot of getting your son back. It is hard on normal level, becuse you progress story too fast.

i saw this trailer for a cyperpunk game that was like a return of an old ip i believe. an FPS that was insanely fast and the player character could like turn into a ball i think? it was in an arena. I cant find it now lmao if anyone knows wtf im talking about please tell me

One thing you didn’t mention in your review is that the Lake Shrine is EASILY one of the best and most difficult final dungeons in all of gaming. With such a distinctive, haunting OST. Fucking massive dungeon with brutal puzzles

Miami Vice was a show i grew up on. Fantastic show. Beyond the visuals and sound, it was not always a happy ending and really made you think about who the REAL villains are when everyone and every institution is touched by greed and corruption.

Agreed. I was impressed at how much depth and moral ambiguity there was in a show mostly written off today as "haha, funny clothes."

I think it’s incredibly ironic that some of the best cyberpunk media was created on analogue systems like typewriters, books, and table top games.

I don't know. I'm pretty sure Fallout 1 is the most fallout of all fallout games. Since it discovered fallout for all of future fallout games to fallout. So fallout series would not have been able to fallout as much as they fallout if it wasn't for fallout fallouting. Fallout Fallout Fallout Fallout Fallout

Fallout 3 and NV taught me English and pretty much made me into a tech and science nerd and sadly I've set to play interplays fo1 and two aslong as they didn't have that pixel sandbox platform feel I'd be good with them evolving but fo4 drew me in after I was eagerly wanting to play but not being able to upgrade consoles had me playing and completeing in many times over once I got my hands on it but after seeing all the lore the factions And new bos killed the game for me until creation club entered the picture

23:13 I was raised in Nevada, albeit one of the major cities. But even so, in my city we have major rodeo events that thousands of people attend regularly. Nevada has a major rancher culture that is espeically prominent in the smaller towns and cities. If a nuclear apocalypse happened which targetted the major populated areas of the State you can bet those ranchers would survive and live on due to how freaking big this State is.The wild west theme makes 100% sense to me as a man who has lived in Nevada for the overwhelming majority of my life. So while I understand your complaint, it really does make logical sense when you understand Nevada asa a whole. In the event of a nuclear apocalypse, it is fairly likely that the surviving Nevada culture would come from those ranching towns and cities that are least likely to be affected by the bombs.

One of the things I absolutely love about Daggerfall and one of the reasons it is cemented as my favorite Elder Scrolls game of all time is that even failed skill checks still factor into leveling up that associated skill. It is an incredible little detail that most Role Playing Games don't factor in and certainly no other Elder Scrolls game does. It is based around the idea that even though you suck at using a certain skill, you are still learning that skill by failing at it. In Morrowind you would have to have lots of gold and abuse skill trainers to train those skills that you are not good in just so you could use them competently. Daggerfall doesn't have this issue at all. Even if you fail at using lockpick or even if your weapon attacks miss an enemy, the game acknowledges this as contributing towards that skills usage which levels that skill up.
