You can adjust thickness and fineness of mesh with setting triangular mesh.

Color does not have meaning much. I just change it for easy to see it. Go to left menu bar and “Sharders” Choose the color ball you like and drug to the target object you want to change color.

Hi, I cannot say which is better. Adhesive retention, implant retention both have advantages and disadvantages. Removing your skin tag or not, is depend on the shape. Usually I'm making artificial ear without removing any skin tag. The artificial ear showing in this video also not removed skin tag.

I use ordinary silicone for prosthesis. I usually use ShoreA10-20 silicone for ear prosthesis. You can find similar silicone at material shop like factor2, technovent.
