Unfortunately they fired Randy, after moving his entire family from Vegas, the leadership gave him zero support. I took over after they removed him. Same exact thing happened to me. I gave up my new home, to be lied to be the upper management.

You should drop your sponsorship. The amount of lies and corruption among the leadership is unbelievable. I lived it for 5 years . As a veteran of 20 years and worked for them for 5 . It cost me my soul, my home and my dog.

My Yorkie is 12 years old and has only eaten merrick dog food since he was weaned off of his momma. He has had zero health issue. I truly believe that this brand keeos dogs healthy especially if you feed responsibly and consistently.

Purina says they did not change Merrick however I noticed a huge change in the canned dog food, appearance and my dog refused to eat it after getting sick. Be careful with your pets home prepared meals are the safest choice of all but that's not always an option with our busy lives

I bought a bag of heros banquet from merrick as I use a service dog for ptsd and many other health issues not only does it help vets and dogs it's also a quality food that goes to a good cause

Purina owns it now. It used to say right on the cans, made for dog's but you can eat it to. One of their ads even had employees eating it from the can. Not anymore. If it has Purina on it, it's not good for your pets.

They’ve changed their recipe and haven’t noted any new ingredients nor have they noted “new recipe” on the label- black chunks of food inside. UNSAFE to serve!

I’m glad you get your dog! Even if you are retired military you made your oath to protect the Constitution of the USA. We love and trust both you and your dog. My grandson served a year in Afghanistan and he has three dogs. Have a Happy Thanksgiving with your family. 🙏❤️

I bought this food about 10 yrs ago, the bones were so soft they did crumble as soon as you touched them. I don't know what big company Merrick has merged with but things have definitely changed. I'd like to see update video of manufacturing plant, I bet it doesn't look like the first video of it. The founder said he would never sell in big box stores, since they merged or got bought out the labels have changed and they are in big box stores, their wet food use to say made for your dog but you can eat it to, now it says made for your dog to eat not you.

So angry. Just bought my second bag of back country puppy. The freeze dried chunks were 6 times larger than 1st bag. I called Merrick. They said they ran out of the small size so to keep supply moving they threw in the large chunks. Thanks Merrick my dog almost choked to death. I thought I had cut up all the chunks but I missed one. Shame on you Merrick for KNOWING about this and still allowing it to be shipped to stores.

Purina is the worst company in the pet food industry. They are only about profit. Years ago Merrick can food said right on labels made for your dog but you can eat it to, it doesn't say that anymore. In fact it now says made for your dog to eat not you. Purina has been known to use 4- D meat, so they would have to change labels on wet food because 4-D meat is meat not safe for human consumption. Watch videos from 8-10yrs ago you'll see the difference. Sad but I'm sure the Merrick family made millions selling their name to Purina. You might as well buy the cheap Purina stuff at Walmart, the ingredients are the same as Merrick now, not really good for pets. Why would you leave your name on a food you know is no good now. It's a slap in the face of all the loyal customer Merrick had and got them in the place where they could sell out for millions.

How much do you get from MERRICK to do that commercial? My dog almost died. I had to grab the bone out of his throat. Unfortunately dogs are no good witnesses. We all no that chicken bones cooked are not SAFE , Raw is ok but < , I still will not give my dog chicken bones . My next question is how much are they paying you for this video > shame on. you . Merrick food has always been one of the best. lets keep it that way... WHY fill a can with bone WASTE. for Merrick to save money on WASTE ? We want GOOD QUALITY food for our dogs. We have been mislead long enough,, Ill buy my own bones ..

Vets are not the only people who need service animals. I have PTSD so bad that I fear everything. I have no one to help me. I can no longer leave my room. I need help but no one will listen.

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A PLANNED SCHEDULE. This company needs customer service front office after hours logistics training and new leadership regarding all aspects of shipping and receiving. A trucker had appt scheduled days in advance and still waited over 7 hrs to be loaded. The place shuts down for several hrs and reopens. Tell blatant misleading info about the wait time and could careless about the inconvenience. Unbelievable business practices
