This was fun... Instead of crystals going up to the bail... I slid tiny copper daisy beads onto the stem... when I got to the height that I wanted before the bail I just wrapped the ascending wire that the tiny daisies were on around the right frame of the heart and then did the bail. I also put one of those tiny copper daisies in the middle of the daisy on the left !! I wish that I knew how to send a pic because it is adorable... Thank you so much for this tutorial. xx

Nice clear voice, excellent pace for a beginner. I'm new to jewelry making. Recently I accidentally bought a box of beads and a box of crystals with no hole in them. It was such a surprise when I opened the box and wt hell no hole??? On to You Tube to find out what I could do with these. And you have an easy solution for beginners. Thank you for posting this video.

Ms. Jem, Thanks for your tutelage!!! I have found that most items I have done , seem flimsy. What can I do or can stiffness be achieved?? I do not want to utilize 1/2 hard wires...I have used hammer and torch, however, once a piece is complete and is still soft from fire or just the guage what can be done? Firmness seems to be trouble for me Thoughts??

Hmmm I'd probably avoid using the torch at all, try with medium temper wire and warm it by hand only. I use a lot of raw copper wire, which is reasonably easy to work but sets nicely xxx

@@JemHawkes TYVM I use mainly dead soft copper. Perhaps I will get some 1/2 hard and give that a try

I think it's probably copper or a copper blend, rather than aluminium, bur it doesn't say, sorry love xxx
