for me, it was like the movie Queen of the Damned, where that vampire tasted the energy of that ancient Goddess, kundalini is the ultimate story, the peak of existence. Why shouldn't one become a literal God, the highest level of human, before finally attaining dissolution, and the end of the individual self? Instead of becoming nothing, become everything, and automatically the "i" disappears

I did something recently involving energy ( particularly sexual energy) instead of projecting it out I turned it back on myself. When I raised it up to the solar plexus it created confidence instead of anxiety, when I moved it further up the heart opened and unconditional love started flowing out because one was so in love with one’s self and healing from the inside, one was so whole and content there was only giving, expressing that it loved everything, it fell in love with everything. The energy went further up and into the mind and it became a state of ecstacy. An ecstacy that was not being caused by any external factor but was being generated from within. When in this state nothing was needed, nothing was wanted. She was not needed to satisfy. Looking into it, it sounded like descriptions of kundalini. The state allowed becoming aware of shutting down this energy because it was being used to grasp or expect fulfilment in others and when the expectation was not met and the heart was open waiting for it to come, pain and frustration and eventually anger appeared. Going into avoiding the pain meant shutting down the very energy within, the Shakti and shiva, the fundamental two of the one. When I allowed it and transmuted it to turn love back on one’s self instead of out onto another, it generated ecstacy and unconditional love!🥰

I felt strong blissful energies. That song Grace in the background is also really strong, Shakti wise, for me. Much Love to you Guruji, and to everyone who reads this message 💜🕉️
