I just had xrays done. I believe I tore my plantar fascia. My foot is working fine, but I have pain, and feel what feels like tendonous scar tissue that is painful. That is my guess right now.

Your approach ought not be the exception but the rule. In my neck of the woods, a proper diagnosis in a timely manner would take an act of god let alone determining and addressing deficits, movement mechanics, and having a proper recovery plan laid out like this fine specimen of a human has done in this video.

I tore mine. Now 5 months after surgery i can run i go to gym and i can squat almoust as much as i could before injury. Just trust the proces guys. First weeks will be painfull but it will get easier. I will go back playing football next year. I wanna be sure ill be almoust same level as i was before. Time will heal guys👍👍

I've had what I think is this for the past year. MRI shows a 'possible' medial deltoid strain (although nothing serious, nothing is torn for example). My problem is putting any weight on it. As soon as I hop on my right ankle I can feel it immediately. Driving me crazy as I haven't been able to play sport for almost a year. I still keep active by cycling everywhere, but boy am I bored to hell of cycling now.

I'm gutted for USA / LSU gymnast Konnor McClain who appears to have torn her Achilles last night at the US Classics, where she was attempting to qualify for Nationals->trials ->Olympics. Hey could you make a video about the extent to which / when players should be on their toes. Players like neymar and yamal seem to be more 'soft' and move tippy toed, even for just simpler movements (not sprinting) whereas players like messi and hazard seem more weighted. What are their reasons for doing this and what are the possible advantages for each style.
