I can confirm, grinding carbon steel near a vehicle will leave rust specs in your clear coat. Shows up well on my white truck. Nice texture finish 😅

Looks like a good result, but I was surprised at the wrinkles in the vinyl of the lower seat backs. I would have expected the upholstery to be smooth, but perhaps that's how they're meant to be?

Your Humvee looks like it's in good shape. The area where you buy it from makes a difference. Army Humvees are well used, while an Air Force Humvee probably lived a good life.
