Granted,those were two dirty plays by Grayson Allen and ues,he deserved to be ejected,but the way i see it,in all levels of hoops,(high school ,college,pros,summer league,Summer as well as Special Olympics,there shouldn't be any picks/screens at all,.No one person can guard 2 people,it's impossible.Two flagrant foul penalty 1's?I would think a flagrant foul 1 was excessive contact and a flagrant foul 2 was an ejection.Can't hold someone.I've had that happen and i hate picks because they're unnecessary and can be frustration,possibly fights and the like.Also,when a team scores a 2 pointer or a 3 pointer,the entire team should fall back and wait for the other team to bring the ball past the midcourt line.
