I am Prof in Composition, composer and professional orchestrator. This particular harp technique is called "bisbigliando" 🙂 I am afraid you misspelled the word (twice). 🙂

Не контрастирует с горшками твоя принцесса красота, Египет весь изобразила твоя волшебная струна. О Арфа чудный инструмент - Принцесса пятый элемент, Египет тут весь поместился волшебной музыкой излился. Я ночь увидел и звезду шатёр и пальму, лунный свет, жрецов таинственный совет- сакрален пятый элемент.

Fascinating! I'm not a harpist, but a musician who loves the harp and learning more about it. I think the different techniques you so clearly demonstrated produce *quite* different sounds, and going forward, I will be listening for them whenever I hear a harpist. Thank you!

I've always loved the dialogue between the left and right hand in this piece, what a beautiful way to show that with the harp! You can really see the way the two are dancing around eachother and clashing with/informing the other.
