One cool use that the Fire Shield could've had would be that it could activate unique traps through the course. Y'know, burn wooden bridges so that characters could accidentally fall into the water, or light puddles of oil on fire. Maybe even break some wooden doors or crates blocking short cuts, stuff like that.

it’s a shame. So, couple of notes. One, electrified is a positive status in TTYD, it doesn't hurt you but rather causes any enemy that touches you to get hurt. So that wouldn't have been a negative side effect of that cut Flurrie move. Also, that unused Cheep Cheep NPC, when actually loaded into the game, does not display the tie, it's simply part of his texture file which was probably because they copied that over from the blimp NPC as a starting point.

Fun fact: Sonic Adventure 3 was actually gonna be real but because of the poor reception of Sonic 06 it was cancelled
