We really need to get back to Key West. The first time and last time we were there was on the Carnival Breeze on our 1st cruise in 2013. Your Aunts shop looked so cool, it's a shame the business is closed 😢 The PJ bar crawl looked like a blast! Great vlog Sara! 🤗

The store is part of a cigar factory based in Key West. I first discovered it back in 1987; however, the rumor of it being founded by a relative was not confirmed.

Thank you so much for this video tour. It really helped us in making a decision between Paradise & Mr. Sancho’s. Although it looks like prices have increased (where haven’t they?), I’m hoping it’s the same menu & buffet items to choose from, as well as other activities. I saw one video that looks like the menu had changed and it was significantly less options available to choose from-including NO guacamole! And NO one has mentioned the fish pedicures or horseback riding, which I really would like to do.

You can risk it but check how many ships are in port the same day you are. It’s typically sold out.

Do you know if the main door is metal?? It looks wood, but I’m purchasing Birthday magnets to put on the outside door. Also, do you remember if there was a plug near the door/bathroom area? I was hoping to put a nightlight. Thank you 🙏🏼

The cabin doors and walls are metal. So yes, you can put up decorations. As far as the plug, the closest one would be by the desk area. Hope this helps!

Out of the 3 times i've been to grand turk idk why we've never been in the pool but we haven't yet. Maybe next time. I'd love to rent a golf cart one time too. just never have the money for the extras by time cruise comes. Glad this time we went to Grand Turk in April they cleaned up all that wood on the beach

The mardi gras was my fav!!! We sailed it a few years ago it was super new. The balcony sliding was my fav over the push door on other ships. To sleep we had that door open EVERY night I know you aren't supposed to but sleeping with the sound of the ocean was my mom and my kids fav.

My daughter and I were just watching our video last night and talking about how there's no better feeling than when you take that first step on a ship. The feeling of walking through the Lido deck to meet with friends at the buffet....music blasting.....its the best

Nice! I have been remembering my 4th grade year at Roberts Elementary (we walked, no buses then) in 1968 when we lived on Colvin Ave right above the tennis courts which are above the swimming end of the lake. Dad bought a house out in Bayberry past Liverpool the next summer and I stayed anchored there through college graduation from SUNY Potsdam in 1981 and into the USN for 8 years. I knew every inch of this park, the OLD stone firehouse building at the top of the sledding hill (where many a bone got broke from hitting a tree trunk), the swings, slide, shady picnic spots under huge old growth trees, ancient stone drinking fountains that ran all day long, and the lichen covered Greek looking statues and stone seats around a frog pond below the firehouse and near a large stone bridge that passed over a creek. Near the curve of the shallow end of the pool was a stone enclosure..like a sealed-off cave entrance, with a statue standing on a (fountain?) pedestal inside it. I wonder if they are still there?I used to walk down Colvin to the bottom where 5-&-Dime store sold Revell model kits for a dollar. They still had Mr Potatohead kits where YOU SUPPLIED THE POTATO. lol There is another ancient park at a hill-bottom within 15m walk from this park that I can't remember the name of but it also had a mess of prehistoric looking stone edifices, stairways, and pedestals in it back then. Fred Tross lived near it.

You don't have to get the big waters from the bar... you can drink the ones in the room and they just put them on your acct..free gets deducted. I get an ice bucket and ice and the bottle lasts me 3 days depending on how much I drink.

Hello! Yes, you can bring your own hairdryer but they provide one. There is only an outlet in the bathroom for shavers.

It’s actually not Ocho Rios, it’s Runaway Bay (St Ann) Jamaica. I met my husband there when it was HEDO III and have stayed there since Hilton bought it and renamed it to Jewel Paradise Cove. In my opinion, it was more lively and fun when it was Hedo, but it’s still nice now.

The port we sailed into was Ocho Rios. Our vlogs are cruise vlogs so we show excursions based on the port. It was just ok. I feel like we would’ve enjoyed the RUI for the same price. 🤷🏻♀️It was our first time to Jamaica.
