I don't know how I've been going out doing paid gigs and have completely been neglecting long tone exercises. Today I attempted to play start back with some fundamentals. Needless to say it's all good when I'm playing fast but this exercise brought me back to middle school and high school. Have to make this a habit to do everytime I practice. It ain't the funnest thing to play but it's whats necessary and I shouldn't have been neglecting this knowing damn well Im supposed to start every practice this way regardless of my skill level. smh

Aw Ken! This was so great right up to the place where the Alto Solo plays over the track. It would be so much better if that solo were left out so the solo alto could play with the track!
