I use to flip the trans to let me adjust the 1st gear as long as I wanted but new update ruined that…essentially just stretch out 2nd gear until it hooks and spread out the other gears evenly. They don’t have to be too close either, make sure you give a little space. You basically just want the transmission to stay in the powerband as long as possible throughout each gear. Fairly easy once you get use to it.
