This is definitely a clasic metal sound, and considering that this series of amps are like 20 years old by now it shouldn't be a surprise. I am actually trying to put my hands on that same amp to copy the schematic circuit, since it doesn't seem to be anywhere on the internet. Maybe because of how old this amp is.

Even calling him the worst singer ever would be a compliment as he's no singer. I've seen better singers in karaoke dives. Gotta give credit where credit is due though as he's very consistent. Consistently singing off key that is.

Bought it off ebay, what a nightmare. I had to completely rewire it, new 5 way switch, new 500k pots, and put in a Dimarzio Super Dist Pickup. Also put in original Floyd Nut, and Gold Whammy Bar. Would not want to go through that again. Paid around 400 from ebay, but put lots of after market part on it, and spent several hours tinkering on it to make it playable. Adjusted neck, file frets, set intonation, string hight and pickup height. Slight noise from LED lights through pickups. I did not want to tear apart again for the 10th time to try and fix that noise from LED's. Only noticable if your not playing and volume is up and lights are on.

love the playing and the song. I really like that this is a guy with a real life, house and still finds time to smash out some awesome tunes. I am in the same boat but way rustier with my playing. I put the 6 string down for almost 25 years and just started up again. Tip of the hat to you Sir.
