Great video, except for the fact that the county I'm in has about 2 to 3 of each brand of tool truck and nobody carries that Matco wrench you showed us For anyone needing to do this job, harbor freight makes an icon brand S Wrench. Between the S wrench and a napa moon wrench you can get the bolt off. Or, what I did is cut the 9/16 end off the S wrench right around the "9", turned the end around and welded it back together as an extended moon wrench and it works great. You don't need to weld it back together, if you just cut the end of and smooth out the edges you'll be fine. I just welded it back together so that maybe if I ever need the 9/16 end I'll still have it

Do you know why my 1983 m925 with nhc 250 without abs wont shift into 5th gear, it has no issues in shifting into Reverse, 1st,2nd, 3rd or 4th.

You should have a red low air light with a buzzer comming on once any gauge hits 60. Something isn’t right here.

I’m not understanding the use of the Big Spring? All vehicles that use this valve/break pedal setup does not have this spring so I’m confused.

Yes. Semis and these stare the same 10 lug budd pattern.

Flywheel and adapter ring. The adapter ring is a big splined ring that bolts where the clutch would go. I have both in Memphis if you are interested. Send me an email [email protected]

Just rebuilt the fuel pump and replaced the fuel lines. Truck idles fine but seems like not enough fuel gets to it when driving. I can only go 20 mph and then it shuts off as if not enough fuel gets to it

Would you know why i have air coming out stem on service brake on middle axle? I have new treadle valve, both brake relays are new, all new diaphrams both service and spring, press peddle and brakes work fine, full pressure on both primary and secondary, new q2 valve, i press brake and works but when press harder to floor, i start to get air coming out stem blowing into the hub, on center axle on passenger side. Its 83 m925, it doesnt have abs or ctis.

You blew a hole in a diaphragm on the service side somewhere. Applying the brakes when sitting still is one thing then putting the more air to em is another. I had the same issue on a truck and it drove my crazy till I went back and checked the diaphragms again. Even new ones can be weak.

@@wessimpson2794 just great, yeah I went threw whole damn system, tore apart everything, cleaning, replacing and expecting that since everything is new, should have zero issues for awhile, then I heard faint leak, and notice that air coming out, shooting into hub, thought what would cause that. I guess go back threw and check them. Thanks for your help Wes.

I run two Japanese Ford Tractors, an 1100 and an 1110. Even with preheat, these things, one in particular, is a PITA to start, doubly so in cool or cold weather. Yesterday I saw this but bought a HF 149 dollar charger that alleged to have "200 Cranking Amps." It turned out to be a dud. This morning, I will exchange the over rated charger for one of these as my old Jump Pack finally bit the dust. Thanks for a video showing what you had (voltage) before you switched this on. You and the guy who posted starting a Cat Front End Loader in the snow have convinced me. This should be overkill for my little tractors but overkill I will.

Spider and everything should be able to transfer between axles if you have the whole other axle the tubes are the same

@@wessimpson2794 so I was correct the spider and the backing plate are a direct swap. What about the drum and hub. I know the drum is different but is the hub different also

@NOMAD1GHOST hubs are the same Seals. Bearings studs. 939 studs are longer than 800 series studs. And an 939a2 series hub is completely different of course. Those hubs aren't a straight hub section so they are obvious to know the difference
