The colors, when dry on the ornaments, are spectacular. I didn't like them when you were doing the pour, but wow... I love them.

I would like to see how to lift the funnel thing off the bonus pour.

This turned out beautifully! What did you use for a pouring medium? And did you do anything different for the Artist Loft?
@MichaelsMakingStuff20 күн бұрын
Hi Lori, pouring medium is 70/30 american floetrol to water and the Artist loft is just one to one with floetrol. That Artist loft is so much fun to work with as a pillow there is something about it it reacts so different than most whites❤️❤️❤️

@@MichaelsMakingStuff Thank you so much for getting back to me. I'm excited to do one of these!

Love the colours (but you already know how much I hate that white blob lol). The colours would look so good on a black background with a ribbon pour or something like that. They go together so well. Happy Weekend.
@MichaelsMakingStuff20 күн бұрын
Thank you Paul, that blob was all my fault too since I missed a lot of the canvas with that first drop. Will do a ribbon pour on the black pillow just for you Paul with these colors hopefully for Wednesday on the Art channel.👍

Actually turned out really nice. Even better as it was your first time. Every time I've seen someone else do this they used a damp paper towel but yours looked dry. Was it? Congrats on trying something new and rocking it.

I love it Michael, I think it’s very moody. It also reminds me of Culture Club from the 80’s. What a great painting.❤

I like you talking it thru as you experiment with paints and tools. 😊
@hawkpaul8735Ай бұрын
It's great that you experiment with different things, no matter the result. That being said, I wasn't keen to start with but love the finished painting, especially the way the blues and greens pop. Another success I think.
