If Mary Jane Kelly was sliced beyond all recognition, isn't it possible that she was out working and someone else was in her room. no fingerprints or DNA back then so it was possible

My son and I visited the UK back in 2018 and one of the things I picked for us to do was a Jack the Ripper tour. As a self described “Ripperologist” it was exciting to actually walk the streets of Whitechapel and see where these horrific events took place.

brittish and americans are obsessed with psychopaths and serial killers and using their stories in the context of entertainment - it's not entertainment. please find something positive and pleasant to do and stop talking about the victims and exploiting those who were murdered because they need to be left in peace

I’m gonna say this again the reason Jack the Ripper was never found is because Jack Ripper was not a man that’s why he was never found Jack Ripper was a woman most likely one of their fellow hookers most likely a young hooker with it probably was bipolar lashed out against her hookers, and that would be the last person you suspect would be a womanthat’s why he was never found because it was never a man

I am not looking for the macabre, but in my +50 years I have always sought out the graveyards of other countries. This is where you clearly see differences in culture. In my homecountry of Denmark, these are mostly neat squares demarcated with a small low hedge and a mini garden within the hedge. And a tombstone of course. There is someone responsible for the graveyards, so if a stone starts to fall it will be straightened. In Ireland at Glendalough I really thought I was in a movie with the old and crooked tombstones. It was only later that I saw that it was also the case in many other cemeteries on the British Isles :) In the south of Europe you find a completely different scenery. In Barcelona, with the otherwise so many sights on Montjuïc, I prefer to skip the long tourist queues for art museums and visit the Montjuïc Cemetery, where you can explore (in respect of course) the fantastic surroundings for many hours. Lots of art there as well outside in fresh air.

My late sister married her husband from Canterbury. Can’t remember if he was a Man of Kent or a Kentish Man. The middle of Canterbury is actually an island called Burr Island and he was born in a tiny house overlooking the river. I spent my holidays with my sister every year until she passed. Have a lot of family there. All Saints Lane is where he was born in one of the red brick cottages you can see in the video.

You can smell the old money. This place is full of old property rich folk. Bought their houses for a pittance in the 60/70's, and now have the luxury of living in the poshest part of London (rent free). Places like Chelsea and Mayfair are where the real swanky money is, it's full of foreign bankers and investors. Hampstead is where you will find the old dithering types, pottering around the charity shops and Knick knack stores, buying vases for £200. It's a retirement haven

I notice that there are some 170,000 people buried yet there are only 53,000 graves. How is that?? Here in the US, generally each person has their own grave unless they ate buried in a family mausoleum.
@JT-qd2sk4 күн бұрын
Some families tended to be buried together usually one on top of the other my grandparents were buried together and I guess the burial chambers had multiple family members in the same room which probably counted as one unit ☺️
