wonderfull job! I was considering making a scale body as well for my M1 but still have to decide the buildmethod. That tail motor seems to struggle a bit (sounds like it). Is it just the mass and/or inertia of the rotorhead or does the vertical stabilizer obstruct just a bit too much of the airflow? Anyway, great job! I would love a 5 blade head

Sorry I'm afraid not! The spindle diameter should be 3mm if you want to use this rotor head.

The K-Max actually uses differential collective like this for yaw, except at very low speed. At low speed, it uses differential pitch movements. The K-Max doesn't tilt both swashplates for roll; to avoid blade clash due to bending, to roll to one side it only increases pitch on the side of the rotor which will get further from the other rotor disk, not the side of the rotor which would get closer. But those are detail refinements. This is an excellent job of delivering the basic functionality of the K-Max (or other similar intermeshing rotor systems) in a small flying model.

Terminology: "Pitch" is _collective_ pitch "Elevator" is pitch "Aileron" is roll It's not a fixed-wing aircraft, so it doesn't have elevator or aileron controls, although those are what hande pitch and roll in a fixed-wing aircraft.

@@zhongxianglin7410 That is cool, will you make it available on one of the common global market places? (Ebay, Aliexpress, Alibaba etc). How is the tail holding, does it need a 3 or more blade tail to keep steady? and if so, is the stock motor sufficient or does it require an upgrade to for example the m2 tail motor? Anyway: great job! Ive been thinking about this for a couple years now, also have some models made in Solidworks but never got around to acutally making the head. My main obstacle was the feathering shafts and back then the materials. I'm considering printing something similar with Liqcreate Clear impact (I have that one in stock) or any other engineering resin that is stiff/strong enough for the job (Composite-X and Strong-X by the same brand come to mind)
