Cypto is a whole different ball park. I would only invest funds in it that you are willing to lose or don't need. In terms of day trading cypto I don't keep an eye on anything at the moment except XRP. Wouldn't be the right guy for day trading cypto

Floor plans on listing show primary at the back and I still don’t think you’d hear it. Plus as I said this house is in the middle of the best park close downtown. If you want to (and ya not everyone will) live in the heart of the city with those views then you live in a city.

Amazing kitchen with that big slab of marble or granite whatever it may be, but it looks beautiful and green and all the accents in the furniture of the blues in the green, perfectly executed exactly to my liking. I love it this beautiful home, beautiful design and a beautiful neighborhood and Canada seems beautiful. 👑💯

Super home it’s not too big. It’s not too pretentious. It’s just perfect location looks amazing. I love that little nook that it has upstairs or you look at that little window could just lay there on your stomach and look up out the window. This is just some music meditate. The staircase is just super sweet. You got the color of the color scheme the color palette of the Homies unique you got the green tones.

I was born and raised on the south island. 38 years old now and I have to move away to afford a house to raise a family in. Its sad to see what has become of the island. I call it geriatric park. Nothing but old dinosaurs roaming around aimlessly. Every crusty diaper wearing geezer is trying to move here. Hospitals are always short staffed because nurses cant afford a decent home here.
