My wife and I's monthly payment was $2415 month. We would pay an extra $500 a month towards the principal. We currently just refinanced to get a lower interest rate and to get off of PMI. Our new monthly payment is $2915 a month. We plan on still paying $3700 a month but are now going to do bi-monthly payments.

making the payments quarterly, in addition to adding, a payment each month and watch how fast the payments begin to drop on your amortization chart. I've got one more year after starting about a year ago. The timing of the payments is everything. This is the only thing that they all leave out when doing the videos.

Instead of extra payments, I suspect you would be better off putting the $782 per month into shares of Apple and Amazon. The video more or less describes how you can get out of being a debt slave When you have cash you have options. Smart people hold on to cash. They don't instantly shove it toward debt. Once it is used to pay on the debt, it is no longer accessible.

One part of this vid that I do like is the idea of not taking on a large debt in the first place. I think there should be a balance between the amount of debt you incur and the amount of cash you can invest. I would rather have a $1000 house payment and $1000 going into stocks than a $2000 house payment and no stocks. If you have cash and you’re confused I will suggest you contact a finance advisor

I brought a 269 fasting glucose level down to almost normal levels in 2 weeks by : 1. Delay bfast until 11am,or, noon...take berberine...eat 1 jumbo egg omelette with cheese and bacon bits inside plus 2 small sausage patties and coffee with 0 carb sweetener and lightener. No snacking,or, in between meal food. 2. Finish dinner before 6 or 7pm eating palm sized portion of meat, then BIG salad of romaine and spinach leaves, colored bell peppers, e.v. olive oil and low carb balsamic vinegar. 3. WALK within 10 mins of last bite to immediately knock down any spike from food !!...it works !! I knocked one spike down from 160 after stupidly eating a dessert to 95 with a 1.5 mile brisk walk !! Minimum 1.5 mile walk does magic in lowering post meal sugar rise !! 4. Get at least 8 full hours of sleep, where body can lower the glucose for hours before it rises to wake you up. 5. Eliminate all stress....it is PROVEN that stress ALONE can CAUSE diabetes from constant cortisol and insulin being in the blood, where the body then can only STORE fat, instead of burning it ...causing fatty liver and damage to the B cells in the pancreas that produce insulin. The also ARE studies showing that a significant number of people have developed diabetes from being exposed to the COVID virus !! The virus damages the immune system and the pancreas is damaged as a result, lessening insulin production. Pay attention to the news of a possible CURE for diabetes coming from a study in humans from CHINA, where 100% of test subjects were CURED by injections of a certain peptide enzyme. Use a constant glucose monitor to observe the changing levels and to see what works in lowering glucose spikes...like SEX.... I can PROVE IT with the data on my cell phone program !! If retired, an Advantage Plan may cover all the expense.

Make sure to take some pro-biotics Barry. If you've went to the can that often you're in need of them for your gut health. I hope that you continue to do better. My wife buys frozen veggies & skillet roasts them. She throws on a little seasoning for flavor. They work great as a side dish to chicken & beef. A small baked potato isn't to high in carbs either. You can also bake them in your over at 400F. after slicing them into wedges. Gordon's Beer battered fish works good for a low-carb sandwich on the Keto bread. But I wouldn't add potatoes as a side on the dinner. But the roasted veggies work great with that. I hope that you found this info helpful. Take good care, and keep getting better brother. Peace.. Being excessively over weight your sugar levels are likely to be high. But potatoes are high in fiber. The health benefits include the ability of potatoes to improve digestion, reduce cholesterol levels, and boost heart health. They strengthen the immune system, reduce signs of aging, protect the skin, reduce blood pressure, and improve cognition. And they taste great. Just don't kill them in toppings or east a ton of them. People get fat because they didn't have portion control. "Eat To Live" don't "Live To Eat" If you want to weigh 200lbs. then you have to learn how to eat like a 200lb man. Just make heathier choices. The only thing I’ve really learned from the Meter is that my numbers are always highest in the morning, when I wake up. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Now that’s Summer’s here, I’m getting back on my e-bike. Stick to keto/carnivore and you'll see good results. Any exercise you can do will help bring down that blood sugar. When your blood sugar goes that high your kidneys go into emergency dump the sugar mode so that is why you were so thirsty and peed alot, not good for your kidneys. Good luck!

2 weeks ago, my blood sugar was 490. I spent 2 days in the ICU on an insulin IV. High blood sugar in a type 2 diabetic is extremely dangerous. Your kidneys become affected (I had a kidney injury from it) and you can have convulsions. I wasn't discharged until my blood sugar stayed under 200. Not sure why you weren't hospitalized but be careful. If you are a type 2 diabetic a keto diet can be bad because it can increase insulin resistance. I'm sticking to the diabetic diet. Have a good journey and take care.

I'm not even joking. I'm a man that weighed 231lbs about 3 and a half weeks ago. I'm 5'-9" and will be turning 56 this June. I cut back on my food intake for a week. Then my wife & daughter said they were going to go on Weight Watchers. I said "If you guys do it, I'll do it with you." So my daughter paid for the App for my first year. I usually weigh myself in my Jeans, shoes and long, sleeve T-shirts. That's 5.2lbs. So naked I was weighing 226lbs before I started. I weighed myself yesterday and I weighed 216.8 naked before my shower. I've been eating good. I had two 95% lean beef burgers. I weighed them at 4.oz before cooking them. WW point system isn't correct when it comes to beef. But I always drop 1 to two points from what they say. Beef is so much more healthy than chicken. That's because it gives you a healthy dose of copper. That's not found in chicken. So Red meat, including beef, can be included in a low-cholesterol diet if you make smarter choices and watch portion sizes. Lean cuts of red meat, such as loins, rounds, and chops, are lower in cholesterol-raising saturated fats. Extra-lean cuts of beef include: Top sirloin steak (92mg), Bottom-round steak (77mg), Top-round steak (77mg), Sirloin tip steak (71mg), and Eye of round steak (77mg) I also had one point Keto buns with my Sirloin burgers. but I still eat chicken breast too. But for an easy low point breakfast, I eat a small Keto muffin, it's 2 points, 1 egg on it, A half piece of of sliced, American cheese. that's 2 points, and two Banquet turkey sausages. 1tbls of low fat "Hellman's Mayo. Sometimes I make an Omelet with a full slice of cheese, two sausages cut up, and a half hash brown patty. Takes the edge off and sppeds up the weight loss. At 55 years old, I'm not walking no 10,000 steps a day. However, I have been taking short walks of 1000 steps. I walked off 550 steps. I then turned around and walked back home. I don't work, and I'm quite lazy. hahaha But the weight is slowly coming off. There's also low point power protein bars. Not all are good though. You have to find what you like. Most are around 4 to 5 points. I also eat "Skinny Pop" popcorn. but I like to sprinkle my "White Cheddar" cheese powder on it. Some days I'll just smash two bags in the same sitting. That stuff taste great. not to mention it's popcorn. But Baked Lays can be eaten too on WW. just measure it out. I love to smash some of those on my sliced turkey & cheese sandwiches. Low fat pepper jack cheese on one point Keto bread. great tasting sandwich. Hang in there Barry. Just start looking up some WW recipes and you'll find the swing of it. I felt hungry all the damn time for the first week. I hope you found this helpful. Peace.. Joe
