How did you make the steam come out from under the engines like that?

I drilled holes at certain spots in the baseboard before laying the track. I then was able to run tubes from a fog machine to those holes in the layout, allowing the steam to rise underneath the engines!

Thank you! I mostly used dry brushing with acrylic water-based paints, but for some I used a wash (watered down paint).

Very nicely done thanks for sharing this tour of the layout I loved Thomas the tank engine growing up I loved George Carlin doing the voices and narrating it .I miss him Soo much
