to whom it concerns YOU HAVE TO USE A COOLANT BURP KIT to get it to stop overheating also! have someone reb up the motor to get the flow pushing water through the system and get the hose area that sets above its own bleed screw its stupid what chevy did harbor freight $30

Move the power steering reservoir out the way, and you have to position the alternator just right to slide it out.

😢GM since the beginning of the V8 industry has not changed the location of the spark plugs and they are very tired why not put them at the top of the engine
@THECHAMUKO133 ай бұрын
For spark plugs to be on top of a motor it has to be an "Inline" motor like an inline 4 from a Honda or a inline 6 from a BMW. The "V8" has the spark plugs on the side because it has the motor shape of a V and it has 4 cylinders on each side. The top on the V8 has the intake manifold and the heads full of valves and rocker arms. Every other manufacturer that makes V8's are designed the same. Even a V6 has the spark plugs in the same location.

Why not just replace the hose ? That would take 10 minutes to change .
@AUDIO2AUTO5 ай бұрын
Because this is a quick fix, not a drain the power steering fluid, change the hose, and refill the power steering fix. This took 2mins and the problem is solved.

Not too bad. I would maybe hit it with a wire brush or sand paper to give it some more clearance to make it easy to get back in its spot.
