Can you use this to show that was no change in a process?
@sixsigmadsi6 ай бұрын
Yes. If the process mean and/or Standard Deviation does not change, then the P-Value will be greater than .05.

Hello, I have a question. Is C&E matrix an alternative to DAG diagram? In the DAG diagram it is possible to consider eventual confounders (and control for them) and colliders, which allow us to establish causality properly. It doesn't seem we need to consider them here. Why?

Thanks for the video. My question is to know when do we need to transform the existing distribution into normal distribution? I thought it was a requirement for the distribution to be normal before performing any capability analysis. Thanks

Good start. Suggest you write out a script first, edit out the errors and transitions, then replace the audio with voiceovers using a quality microphone

how lead time is calculated
@Whoochtar Жыл бұрын
You can use Little´s law Average Lead time = Average WIP / Average Delivery Rate. So he simplified it to =5/4, which is actually 1:15 min

Sir thankyou for sharing this. Know I want to ask u,if my step on distribution identification doesnt found the distribution that showing p-Value more than 0.05, is that any other step that i can do?
@sixsigmadsi3 жыл бұрын
Nia, there could be a number of reasons that the data doesn't fit any distribution well. The process may be very unstable. Foe example, I find that when a business process has no standards, It shows up in unstable data. If you have stable data and none of the distributions fit, I always default to the Weibull distribution.
@niakusnaini15433 жыл бұрын
@@sixsigmadsi sir iam very very grateful for your respons, so i have to check with tools quality sixpack first to know if my data is stable or not? Is that right sir?

I am sorry, I had to stop the video after 14 mins due to the background noise. It literally takes away the concentration, however the content is good. Wish it had no background noise and explanation in a bit slow speed.

Hi. Do you have any centers located in India?
@kevindixon90223 жыл бұрын
If this is in fact a four part series, there is no need to spend almost three minutes at the beginning of each module talking about yourself and your credentials. Redundant and too long. If these are standalone modules then my feedback is to shorten the about the instructor significantly. It’s important to connect instructor to learner, but there is no need to overdo it. That’s not what the learner really is interested in. Get to the topics and start filling their bank. Good video tho!
@kevindixon90223 жыл бұрын
Great content and well explained- two pieces of constructive feedback... 1. you clear your throat every 20 seconds. It is quite distracting and unprofessional to do repeatedly. I found it hard to focus on much while this was happening. 2. Your rate of speech is on the slow side...speeding up your pace just a bit would be a game changer for you. Thinking about lean and waste, look at the throat clearing and the turtle pace in the lens of waste as you teach it- get to the point quicker and try to avoid so many filler words and throat clearing. Great video tho, just trying to be honest and hopefully helpful with my feedback (for what it’s worth)

Kevin, thank you for the feedback. I definitely need to to update this video with a better voice over. Hopefully the information was useful. I plan on updating the video soon. If you enjoyed the video (minus the throat clearing) then you may enjoy my book "Why they Fail" (sixsigmadsi.com/why-they-fail/). Thanks again for the feedback.
