Which editing app or software did u used for this and how did u upload it? Cant seem to upload my videos on hdr and just 1080p :(

So on KZfaq this looks like 1080 HD. Dolby does not survive KZfaq’s conversion process and 4k is not visible on my TV or my computer or my devices. I’m the majority, so we can’t see any improvement over 1080 HD.
