Please help me. I’m actually more confused after this video because the very reason I resisted this first lesson is because nature means so much to me. Look at these beautiful landscapes in this very video. They’re healing. They’re part of Mother Nature. Where we go to connect to God, to source, to all that is. How can that mean nothing? I can’t help but to make an exception here. Help. Is this just the idea that “nothing real can be threatened” and this very lake could dry up and cease to be perceived and these very hills and mountains could crumble into nothing so therefore since they are not eternal are not real despite how we use them?

Fear of God is the cause of attacking enemies " outside" but whatever we see seemingly outside it is our own thoughts projected on the world so it is only in our mind that the ego crucify ourselves. The past is gone , is illusion of illusion. Just an illusory memory about something that never really happened. Only The Holy Instant of Divine Presence of Love Peace and Joy in our Hearts is Real. That is where Heaven is found in The Holy Instant. This lesson reminded me of that other one " This is my Holy Instant of release " Release from pain, suffering , depresion, worry , anxiety. Either past or future are ego illusions to keep us trapped in lamenting the past or fearing the future. The present in time although it is in the illusion is where we have the power of decision that creates future manifestations in the illusion. Placing the future in the hands of God means living in the Eternal Holy Instant , where ego troubles have no power and we lay our faith only in God, All Power onto God to create in our lives , surrendering our need to control or plan , releasing the future from repetition of past thoughts because our minds are clear of past baggage in every Holy Instant of Release. It is like a rebirth , total transformation from being ego hostages to becoming faithful hosts of God, Divine Providence with His Gifts of Grace. Beautiful songs.
