Although it's older. I'm still running around in my 1994 T/A GT, with 117,000 miles. It needs some TLC, but it's great drive and great look!

Why does nearly every reviewer of the C6 feel compelled to make negative comments about the interior? It is an absolutely beautiful and highly functional interior with nothing gaudy or superfluous in it, and with one of the very best analog gauge clusters in automotive history. It is every bit as good as the drop dead exterior styling and function.

Many people go with the 6 over 8s due to emissions been a little softer on 6s.

I also own a 2015 premium performance package, it puts a smile on my face EVERY time I drive it and it's still stock, but let's me know I made the right choice every single time, I love it, thank you ford

It’s hard to believe they are coming up on a decade old right now. And the performance pack is where it’s at. I’ve driven a regular one and it just doesn’t put the power down quite as nice.

Hahahahaha I know you are enjoying the new edge 4.sick. I am enjoying my 4.sickness too the worst thing ford did was to change the engine spending time and money creating the 4.sic they should have improved the 5.0 for the new edge. I got my 04 mustang GT in 2014 automatic transmission and dark shadow gray my daily driver and still driving it in 2024 with 193,000 miles

Yes, it is rear wheel drive, good thing too since the engine is in the middle!

There is so much potential for this v6 I heard they are getting above 700 who we definitely need more support for the aftermarket racing for this motor

You forgot the most important difference between the regular 4.6 and the police version. The (P.I.) performance improved heads. They were straight off the 2valve mustang G.T. Heads make the motor.
@TheDutchTexan

The engine is exactly the same to the civilian version save for the intake, dual exhaust and tune. All engines in the CV/GMQ/TC and CVPI got performance improved heads in 2001.

I have the same hood and my power steering has failed 3 times in my challenger. When it rains or you wash your car the water just runs in on the engine. The mechanic after going through 3 power steering pumps cause he had to triple check before a representative from dodge took a visit. He said it was getting wet and the wire that plugs into it was completely corroded and has never been the same. Especially on newer vehicles with all these sensors and technology things can get wonky. I got about 18,000 dollars of customization for my challenger and will never get my money back for it. I could of bought an rt with all that money that I put into my v6. Never customizing again. Maybe window tint or buy the real car you want. I got a hell kitten not a hellcat lol

why does every idiot and his brother begin their videos by starting the engine and revving the engine repeatedly. Serves no purpose and on cold starts can actually accelerate wear.

I bought my 2002 GT when it was new. I like the car despite it not having quick acceleration. I plan on changing that by adding a Vortech V3 supercharger this month. I might even bump up the rear axle gears to 3.5. A lot cheaper than buying a new Mustang model. I like the fact that the car turns heads still. Only 80k miles on my pony.

Yal the new edge style is where the style is I like it better then the 04 to 98 style an I like the convertable style is better looking then the hard top because the convertable style look a little more square then bubbley then the hard tops an yal I gota 01 convertable cobra mustang in mineral gray with black interior an top an my car bar none of any mustangs or the other brands looks better an the engine an body look as if if just left the show room an with 122.000 miles on it will squats big time an churps 2 ND an 3 Rd without even coming close to red line an it's looks good an interior is like it's never been sat in except drivers seat an it's looks good to but the bottom is ruffled a bit an the rest is like it's never been sat in an yal just thinking put 355 s in it yal every thing else got em but the 01 cobra ford I guess just said fuk it we aren't gonna drive it but that's the only thing I'd do to it an yal its all stock I even got the original window sticker

Still love the look at that rear end , I’ve seen some beautiful 2004 low mileage GT’s in a bunch of colours, White ,Black & red that were kept in mint shapes with tasteful upgraded exhaust work and a few other things for bargain prices considering how nice they sound and how solid they are. Great video for anyone who doesn’t want to break the bank but still wants to hear and in some cases feel some V8 goodness.
